Woolies Metro is more compact than the typical Woolies, so some items were out of stock. However, the staff is welcoming and always ready to assist. Parking in the basement was hassle-free during my visits, though ongoing construction at the mall's entrance limits parking to the basement. The coffee exceeded my expectations—definitely worth a try!

New metro store. Parking was easy and ticketed free for the first hour.
Escalators up to the first level.
The centre felt dark and not empty. The woolies was layed out well, looked very clean and fresh. Not available bathrooms for customers I noticed which was strange for a shopping center.

New store, everything you need. Wide isles, well laid out

6 self service checkout, 3 service counters and none of these are able to process cash, you have to walk to back inside to the barista counter to pay with cash, staff are great and friendly. Fix the registers.

Its great its so close n easy to get too but idk about anyone else, I find this woolies expensiveee. Definitely not a place you do a proper shop & want to save.

Our Woolworths phone discount was not honoured at this store, why not?

No chickens after 7pm a bit annoying for people that work late, already asked in store but still no chicken :,(

No toilets at all available to customers. There are several big signs directing customers to the toilets, but when you get there it says"staff only" and they are locked. I also confirmed with two staff members (who were very nice) that there were no toilets available to customers in or out of the store. Absolutely absurd!

Staff was rude. Was staying at a local hotel. Walk down to get supplies for dinner. Got home to find the cheese I bought was mouldy took it back was just looked at like I was making it up. Showed them the cheese and was just shrugged at no apology. No nothing. I just walked in grab some other cheese and walked out
