I've been to Dirkwoods a few times over the years, and the guys at the Miami store are just legends. I am currently interstate and I had a problems with my laptop. I gave the boys a call and I got some well needed advise on the issue, and actions I could take to rectify the issue I was having.
I got more motivation to rectify an issue myself, but I also know where to take my pc if anything happens.

I have been dealing with Dirkwoods Computers for many years and they have not let me down. They have built several computers for me and I am very satisfied with them. They ask the right questions and offer solutions. The cannot complain.

They fixed a pretty complicated problem where the PC wouldn't boot and the BIOS was theoretically bricked since we couldn't reset the CMOS or Flash. I think many other services would have just said that I need a new system. Many false positives later, they downgraded the PCI-E to x8 from x16, allowing the PC to boot again. Thanks for the swift fix and great support.

Josh and his team have always been efficient and helpful ,the perfect formula for any small business. Been using his services for many years see no reason to go elsewhere.

I had been looking at getting a custom gaming PC for about 12 months and had numerous quotes from a lot of different companies. I stopped into Dirkwoods on the way home one night and was greeted by Josh who quickly gave me a very competitive quote with better deals than I had previously seen online. I decided to trust them with my build and I was not disappointed.

Dirkwoods Computers was fantastic throughout the process keeping me up to date each day with the progress with my build and getting the computer to me within 5 days! I would highly recommend Dirkwoods to anyone wanting to venture into PC Gaming and don't want the hassle of building their own computer.

Can't recommend Josh and Jordan enough! they have saved my bacon a number of times and always gone above and beyond to help. I've had them for servicing, fixing issues on both my laptop and older PC unit which I use a lot for work and recently had them do a full new build for me. I asked for a rainbows, Josh gave me rainbows! Plus all the bells and whistles I needed for work.

So stoke with my new PC and the guys at Dirkwood's I won't be going anywhere else now.

These guys are amazing. Always outstanding service from Josh & Jordan. Just had a new build done & set up with two screens which I can flick between and work twice as fast. They were able to transfer data from 2 PC's onto one Intel Nuc Mini PC kit which runs super fast. Set up all 7 emails & explained where everything was on the hard drive. Even set up all our backups for our home office PC's. We've been using Dirkwoods for over 4 years now and wouldn't attempt to use anyone else. You won't be disappointed!! Keep up the great service guys. :)

Been Using Dirkwoods for several years now. Cannot recommend Josh and Jordan enough. Just got a new build and it works like a dream. After telling them what I wanted they gave me excellent advice on what I should look at. Pc Problems or new builds go Dirkwoods.

10/10 !! Do not go anywhere else. These guys are amazing, extremely knowledgeable and have great customer service - they treat everyone with respect to their needs, issues, wants and go above and beyond to ensure they provide the best service/fix the issue. I'm so glad I was introduced to Josh and his team. Ohhh and with epic, speedy turn-around time.

I dropped my sons laptop off to get battery replaced. Loveliest man served me,
He jumped up, smiled and came to the counter smiling, he was so helpful and friendly. He had a new battery back, cleaned sons laptop, checked it and laptop ready in 3 days! Excellent. I highly recommend Dirkwoods Computers and wouldn't think to even consider anyone else. The best on the Gold Coast Highly recommended!

I am not as “computer literate” as most due to my age but when my all in one computer screen stopped working Josh initially had a go at trying to recover all of my info onto the screen but was not able to. I asked him about a replacement, my old all in one was old, and he not only provided me with a “mini pro desk” plus monitor but the best thing he (Jordan) was able to transfer my “stuff” from the old computer. I would rate them as first class. The current setup is working perfectly.

I've been using Dirkwoods for my computer needs for quite a few years now. Wouldn't use anyone else. Josh and Jordan are really nice guys who know SO MUCH about computers. Everything I've purchased from them has worked extremely well. Their repair and maintenance prices are very fair...and when they fix stuff, it's fixed. Their product prices are also excellent value. They are the kind of small business we all should support. Dirkwoods is great.

Great service, great price, great quality.

Overall and easy experience: I told the guys here what I needed to / wanted to do on my computer and they recommended me one.
No pushy up-sale, however, they did make me aware of what the next 'jump' would be. Going here saved me >$1000 as other retailers were assuring me I needed higher end products. 3months on and I couldn't be happier.
