As a new pool owner the staff at Calamvale Pool Werx have provided excellent customer service giving me advice and offering on site assistance as I knew nothing and found some issues with old pool equipment. They were able to tell me what was needed and came over to check parts when I was still unsure what I was doing. The showed me how to do my own pool maintenance and are always friendly and helpful when I check my water quality or if I have any questions at all.

Gary and the team at Poolwerx Calamvale are amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service for regular in-store water testing, pool maintenance and advice. I've been a customer for 15 to 20 years. They're a very supportive and friendly family team. If you have an issue they're there to sort it out for you. They care about their customers and that is a rare commodity these days.
