A Property Manager of the highest caliber, she exceeds expectations - always displaying a superior standard of professionalism. Dawn Mogan manages our three investment properties. Dawn is very responsive to any queries that I might have and has called on a number of occasions just to see if things are ok or if there is anything that she can do. She is always very pleasant and courteous when communicating. In my almost 30 years of owning rental properties, Dawn would have to be the best property manager that I have had.
