The Coles in the forest like this actually quite complete in terms of having different varieties of snacks, bakery, deli, and confectionary items

The staff there is actually quite helpful as well in terms of finding things that are not available in different Coles and really having a lot of good deals and discounts from this store which is why I give this writing for them!

It's a neat and tidy store, with an ample car park space. Good staff, and acceptable availability rates of goods on the shelves.

I mean the service is great. They are doing their best. They definitely need pay rises. I definitely see and feel a switch to more anti-theft which is kind of icky. Everytime I come here I buy flowers. Might need a larger range because the plant girlies aren't planting anymore. Bring out the self-love bouquets. Overall I love just not being bothered and whisping through the aisles. Someone did say when I walked past is that a girl or a guy which I find the top tier most satisfying compliment of a newly non-binary person. Be confused my sweet forestlakian. 😋 people are so interesting to me, because I'm an alien. I usually do other grocery stores and come here for the more niche stuff like fennel seeds 🧚🏿‍♂ vibe.

I just wanted to say a huge Thank you to the kind staff that helped me so much the other when I nearly fainted, I was so scared and embarrassed but you guys were so awesome. I will be forever grateful.

Shop is always good, and is my closest store.

The team are always lovely and friendly, cant remember having a bad experience here ever.

Today I met and had a great quick chat with Steve, a customer service Team Member as I walked out to my car while he was collecting the trolleys to take back to the store. Absolutely the type of friendly person that makes your day great. In two minutes while he went about his duties, he made me feel like a real local and part of the community!

I really love this Coles not only for it's lay out and variety of products but because of their incredible, polite and helpful staff.

I was served by this girl named EVA phenomenal customer service!!! I had
to pack my stuff the bag would be quite heavy but she helped me so much in packing it strategically so I don't break my back. She also helped me with a deli question I have which isn't her department I think but she gave fantastic advice excellent job mate keep it up!! 👏 👏 👏. Eva you should be employee of the month she really made my day because of her I got home safe without a broken back you saved my back Eva good on you!!
The night fill manager was excellent too in guiding me throughout my shopping forgot his name he was very kind.
Please pass this on to the head office Eva and the night fill manager needs to be commended for their kindness, skills and consistency!!!

A great Coles. They have a quiet shopping time for people prone to sensory overload (ring them for the hours). Big thumbs up for doing that...fantastic service. They have just installed new self serve checkouts that don't weigh everything which i like because the old ones used to glitch a lot. Much faster.

Far better than Woolworths in the centre, the staff are WAY BETTER and know good customer service

Not bad, I'm usually a woolies guy but I was told they had some health supplement specials and I got them, not much to say really other than that. Hope you found this review enthralling.

I'm very impressed at how Cole's staff are handling the current situation in terms of how we are met and farewelled in such friendly ways, thank you. I felt especially sorry for the lovely lady who served me at checkout. No names but I'm aware that she had experienced bullying today by customers and was at breaking point when I saw her. I hope she enjoys the little gift I dropped in for her that she well deserved.

Garner at butcher section is amazing

I always chose Coles in Forest Lake when I was here for the last 3years. Staffs are so nice. The best price for my family.

I love Coles at Forest Lake, the staff are always lovely (unlike some of the young hip girls they have at Woollies) and nothing is too much trouble, and their smaller trolleys are just the right size for a small shop.
