The new manager named Raiden helped me jump start my car without being asked. He's such a kind person and i hope he's appreciated in the store.

This Kmart provides great customer service and caters to upmost convenience! The staff are kind and helpful with my enquiries, usually with a smile on their face. They're even willing to go above and beyond to offer digging around in the back to grab items that aren't on shelves. Prices are low as can be and I love how some clothes are great quality on the discounted item rack. Really is a bargain and saves a couple bucks. My only issue is that the store is a bit messy. I understand that occasionally customers make a mess but the collected dust on shelves or on the floor is inexcusable, do better cleaners!

Julian the manager was so helpful and made the experience amazing. I'm pregnant and was struggling to find what I needed, however, he was able to assist in such a prompt manner. Really appreciate his customer service and helpfulness.

Ladies at customer service today were so friendly with customers.

Lost my phone 😓 Jodie and Patrick were very helpful assiting me to find it, they are both excellent employees.

I was having trouble finding a particular item, in the toy section of KMart Forest Lake, for my 6Yr old Granddaughter’s Birthday.
I asked an assistant for help
and without hesitation he walked me up to the appropriate aisle. He kindly and patiently showed me 3 choices of what I was after.

Today 4/12/22 I needed an item on a top shelf I couldn’t reach it but Chloe even though she was much shorter then me 😂 she was very helpful and even went to find a step ladder to help me get the item , just wanted to say thank you Chloe as she look very busy but had no problem helping me very nice girl

This is a fabulous KMart and if you mention to the people at the door it is your birthday they will play Happy Birthday on the speakers and escort you around the shop. Nudity is not permitted during business hours. .

Entrance staff are wonderful. Smiles and very polite. Staff are so helpful when looking for things. Variety of stock instore, well presented and easy to find

The service I received last week was amazing. A team member went above and beyond to seek what I was looking for. Found it and made my shopping experience efficient and fun. Well done

Excellent customer service
Boy at the door this morning was lovely. Very kindly helped me find what I wanted and offered me a trolley when he saw I had bought too much to carry. Will be coming back here again.

Prices are very affordable and competitive compared to other stores.

very good customer service , but the only thing is they always have things out of stock compare to other Kmart's no idea why is that because all things selling fast or they don't have similar stock 😂😂😂😂😂.

Perfect stop for last minute items for our baby. They have plenty of stock and if not, the team provide an eta on next delivery.

This store is really well laid out and it's easy to find what you are looking for. Nice and clean and great staff . Huge variety of goods and very good value.
