My family has been coming here for years. The staff and doctors are very family friendly, always welcoming everytime we come and visit.. Very professional service. Reccomend there awesome service highly.

Disgraceful staff here. I went into the clinic for urgent care because I had been attacked by an animal and had facial injuries. I walked in with obvious injuries and hardly able to speak. A female person who I assume was one of the receptionists looked me up and down and asked what I wanted. I explained what had happened and that I needed help, when she asked me where I had parked my car!!!! Why??? Who would know. I asked if I could see a doctor and she told me there wouldn't be anyone free to see me, and again asked me to move my car if I had parked at the rear of the premises (there is little to no parking at this place). I asked her why she was so worried about the car and not my injuries, and realised that there was no help here so i walked out and she followed me continuing to tell me that there was no parking allowed where I was and that I had to move my car. I told her she was a disgrace and that I could not believe her lack of care or concern for my welfare. She then followed me to my car then watched me drive out the sideway of the practice yelling out some rubbish to me. This woman was in her 40's and certainly should have known better. The receptionist behind the desk never even had a chance to speak with me as she was shouted down by this woman who was determined to not help me. The great thing is that the rudeness and lack of care allowed me to try the surgery just up the street where I was seen immediately by Dr Ho and was treated with great care and with urgency. I will never let anyone I know or care about go to this doctor;s surgery.
