Temple Organics

This is the best store I have ever found for vegan products. The store is beautiful, well stocked and well priced. Elana is such a lovely person. She is knowledgeable, bright and bubbly as are other staff members. I can now easily purchase lots of goodies for myself and my daughter’s family.

I was today in the Temple Organics asking about jojoba oil. First of all the retail assistant asked me what are my needs and what exactly I would love to achive with my skin. This led to the whole conversation where she explained me everything about skin, skin care and different types of products. She tried testers on me, that I can feel it as well and showed me a skin care routine, that would help me. She also took the time to carefully explain me everything about how to protect my skin here in Australia. I can just thank her and I also did, that she explained me everything before the summer comes. I am really pleased by her service! And I certainly will be back! Thank you very much, Elana and Temple Organics! Would give more stars if I could! ☺

I dropped into Temple Organics today for the first time and I was really happy with the selection and the prices were great! It was all topped off with the lovely staff member (didn't catch her name). She was very helpful and genuine. I'll be back for sure!

I work up the road from here, and I literally go in EVERY single day. Love the selection of food and goodies they have in here, not to mention the staff. The manager is the sweetest person, she makes my day every time I see her!

Has a good range of health foods and decent opening hours. Staff are lovely, as well.

Great service and a lovely selection of organic foods, amazing bread, gifts, groceries and fresh kombucha on Tap! Well worth a visit.

LOVE the products (although a little pricey). Think a little coffee cart/cafe food section would do really well inside 👍

Awful Manager. Accused me of being a liar and humiliating me in the store by giving me an entirely innapropriate lecture for no reason.

I will not return to this store out of principle. People who treat customers with such contempt and patronise them as she did will not get far in business. I hope people take note and this review is seen by the owner of the business because this girl is doing this business no favours behaving in such an arrogant and accusatory fashion. Dreadful
"customer service". If I could have put one star I would have.

The reply to this complaint is innaccurate and dishonest. At no point did the woman politely ask me to put my dog outside. There was nothing polite about how she spoke to me, it was condescending and patronising. I was in fact passing through the store and standing in the doorway of the chemist, so clearly not even entering the store other than to ask for a bunch of herbs on my way to the post office.

I stated I was aware that animals are not allowed in food stores, this was ignored, and is again ignored by offering me a copy of the legislation below, which is patronising and ridiculous. I had and have absolutely no problem with the law, it is the way I was spoken to.

I explained the only reason I entered the store was because I had been invited in with my dog (in a pram) the day before, by the shop assistant, who wanted to pat my pup, one of the distributors was also present and was patting the dog and he suggested giving the pup water, which both he and the shop assistant did. It was lovely and made me want to return. This was apparently a lie.. according to the arrogant rude girl proclaiming loudly that she was the manager the next day. Not sure why I would lie about that.

I have no wish to speak to anybody from this business again and am pleased their sarcastic response will be seen by others. And at no point was the woman who gave me the dressing down polite.

It won't take long before the attitude of this woman affects business and I'm sure I'm not the first person she has abused.
