Excellent service, knowledge and experience with the young girl, short blonde hair working yesterday. We walked into many other shops prior and no one would help us, so we walked out (shoe shopping) and wanted to have a quick look in Oakley before leaving, and she not only greeted us straight away, she came and actually seen if we needed help with anything, had great product knowledge. Definitely doing a great job in such hard times. Thank you for your kindness and non discrimination.

By far the best retail experience I have had. We were visiting Cairns and found the service at Oakley DFO store in Cairns extremely delightful and the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help me find the glasses I needed within my budget. Steve and Josh were great. They told me that my Polarised sunnies were under warranty, and not only sorted me out with a new pair, but upgraded me to a Prism Polarised pair - same style. Cheap as for the upgrade, and a WAY better product. Thanks again guys.

Great store which had reasonably priced garments. Friendly staff who helped find the right shirts and shorts for an awkwardly shaped man. Totally satisfied.
