QML Pathology

On 23rd December, I made my way to the Carina QML centre, following two unsuccessful visits to the New Farm and Morningside QML centres, both of which were unexpectedly closed despite the official website suggesting they would be open.

I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mitchell at the Carina centre. He not only confirmed their operational status over the phone but also provided exceptional service during my visit. His understanding and empathy regarding my frustration from the long journey from New Farm and Morningside were truly commendable. Furthermore, Mitchell's calming presence was a significant comfort to me, especially given my usual anxiety around needles.

A special thanks to Mitchell for his exemplary customer service and his skilful approach to blood collection. His professionalism and kindness made a challenging day much easier.

The 2 regular ladies here are the most consistent and nicest women I’ve ever dealt with at one of these blood clinics. Always professional. Always helpful. Always a pleasure. I get bloods done regularly and some people in these clinics are horrible, but I must give these ladies their credit. Thank you

Tanya is incredible phlebotomist never had a blood test before where I didn't feel the needle and twice I've not felt it. No anxiety as the conversation helps and she's a lovely person.

I recently had a blood glucose tolerance test at this morning, and I must say, the team at this QML branch was incredibly professional. I highly recommend this center due to their excellent service.

I would like to say huge thank you to Kyoka blood collector for her professionalism, patience and amazing attitude! I have really difficult veins and most of specialists cannot take a blood test for me. Kyoka did an amazing job, she is a professional !

I've had my blood taken here a few times now during my pregnancy and the nursing staff are very friendly and efficient at their jobs. I've never had to wait long either. Highly recommend this pathology.

I came here around 7:30am on a Tuesday and although there were already 4 people in the waiting room, I only waited around 15mins before I was seen. The tech was clearly very experienced - found my vein on the first attempt and didn’t even feel a pinch when she inserted the needle. Total pro 👌🏼

Malissa and Kyoko were both fantastic! Didn't feel anything getting the needle and felt well cared for :) thx guys!!!

Initially there was some confusion but Sandy was great and sorted everything out.

Great service.always friendly and caring. Good for a chat in the mornings..only thing missing is a cup of tea and a biscuit
