my first ever sword shop! im so glad i spotted the store on my way to work, i came seeking a sparring sword for my cosplay at supanova and i left the store very satisfied and happy with a beautiful sparring sword :) (and for a very good price too!!) the store owner was an absolute blast to talk to, and i will definitely be coming back to purchase ❣ thanks again so much!!!

Was the only shop in Brisbane with Cold Steel Tomahawks in stock. My email was answered very promptly. Walked in today and got so wrapped up
talking about different topics we didn’t even exchange names 😂 Great range of items and great conversation. Will be back in the new year for sure.

It's amazing that places like this exist. Even if you only go to look you should definitely check this place at. Have bought many swords from here and all were quality.

I have dealt with this company on several occasions from cosplay exhibits to in store and have found them to be fantastic ibn their sales and willingness to give information could not recommend them highly enough. 4 swords so far with a couple more to get. Legendary we are so lucky to have this store in our local community. I could easily stop by on a weekly basis to discuss all things sword. Great service, prices and products are all available here.. whether you are into japanese, medieval or modern blade weapons you aren't finding a better shop in Brisbane. Very pleased with their products, ordered a Carbon steel Han Dynasty sword and the pictures on their website do not do justice to how well made it is.

I gave the brass fittings a polish and sharpened the already razor sharp blade; it is now a very beautiful antique of my culture which I will maintain with great care

I've been coming here for years having a look, seeing what I like and interests me until have the funds to buy it! James knows me and I really appreciate the time and energy he takes to help me and doesn't push me into buying weapons. War Sword is amazing and has a great range, for example I own a katana, sais, kunai throwing knives, Altairs' short sword and the master sword. Believe me when I say, that I have a double bladed battle axe from the Kit Rae collection in my carefully selected sight!!!! I don't have a new photo with the katana on the area but thought I'd showcase my lil display!

Dropped in to identify an old Japanese knife and to my surprise it's old indeed thanks to all the help with this along with my sword purchase I am extremely happy to do business with them in future 😀

Well, I ordered a Lord of the rings sword on the website here during Christmas as my best friend since childhood is a massive fan. It arrived just three business days later as I live near the city and the quality was Awesome! After seeing the pictures on the store website I’m certainly keen on heading into the store in future and checking it out!

Very lovely staff that went out their way to help me as best they could. Great range of products with some more affordable options and some really high quality products. Will definitely be back!

I collected my sword today, a replica Hattori Hanzo sword, brides sword like the one used in the movie Kill Bill.
Can I just say thank you, I received excellent customer service as well as helpful service about how to maintain and look after the sword.
I have been wanting a samurai sword for as long as I can remember. I love the detail put into a samurai sword and the craftsmanship of them. I was so happy when a friend of mine recommended you guys. And now I will gladly be recommending this place to anyone who is looking to but their first sword or weapon. Keep up the amazing job guys. Very awesome shop by the way, I wish I was working there.

James is amazing! Not only has he got the biggest supply of beautiful weaponsin QLD, he is our local guy, the guy I will always go into his shop if not to buy something, only for a chat. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his trade and one of the nicest guys I know! If you want to buy a good quality sword or knife, this is the place to go!!!

It's a Awesome store I took my daughter there today and she loves everything in the store. Especially when James-store owner shows her the sword from Games of Thrones. It was the most beautiful sword she as ever seen. James- Store owner handed over the sword to her and she fell in love with this sword.

I have been a customer of War Sword for a few years now. I can honestly tell you that each time I have visited the shop I've been made welcome and have always enjoyed the experience. The product knowledge the manager/owner has of blades and swords is second to none. His range is quite extensive and prices are good. Sure he may have a couple more dollars on few of his items, when compared with that mob down south...but hey! You're buying local and getting top notch personal service.
