This is my first tax declaration. Victoria asked some questions patiently and carefully, and calculated the results completely and accurately, so that I successfully completed the tax declaration.

Definitely not recommend. I had my Tax done with them last two years and to be honest I had good exprience with their previous agent. However this year the service and experience with them are horrible. Start with messing up my appointment time, I went to the kiosk to make an appointment, the lady in the kiosk told me better to book appointment on 21st/July all the statements should be finalised by then, therefore I booked my appointment on that day, but when I arrived there a different staff was in the kiosk told me that I was never booked in. There is no apology for the mistake, she only advised me book the second day. When I went back second day, she went through my last year worksheet which did by different agent last year, changed a bit information then done, compare with last year the tax return droped more than half. 20mins appointment spent 136 for consultation which is not even consultation, all the information you can find easily on ATO website, there is no suggestion or information about how to do it right with maximising your tax return, she did not go through any details that things you are entitled to claim back. After the appointment she did not even check my signature I had to go back sign again after I left Australia Fair, what a sloppy job she did!
Then again on Monday I received text message from them asked me to go back sign again, it was annoying enough to go back sign my signature after first appointment, it is even more annoying wasted my time went back end up being informed it was a mistake due to their system glitch. All these things add up my suspicious she was not doing a good job, therefore I asked her to provide me a worksheet that has details of my claims this year and last year I can compare them check if anything I missed, and she refused to provide that because these are their internal information. The information I provided and has my signature on that, I'm not allowed to have them back. What a joke! Finally there was another staff came in and helped me print out the information. Also I did seek for second opinion because the horrible service and experience I received from itp Australia Fair made me wonder, then I found out there were so many things I am entitled to claim.
I can not speak for their other sites, they might have better staffs in other locations worth for you book appointment with, but if you are going to Australia fair, Do Not waste your time and money book appointment with them.

Made a booking this morning for 5.15pm to get tax done, got there early and waited until 5.55pm until the people before me finished, when I went to the counter I explained I had a 5.15 booking, the accountant told me oh sorry we close at 6pm. How about a courtesy call to cancel or come over to me as I could clearly be seen waiting. I have been using itp for a few years but will never use them again and will tell about 10 people I know who also use them to never use them again, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
