Kmart Southport

This review is about the Kmart Anko Non-stick grill plate. This product is an outstanding, practical, portable griller. Heats up quickly and evenly - for $45.00 you can’t go wrong. Highly recommend. Cooks up BBQ meat without a problem. Easy to clean and store. Highly, recommend.

Southport Kmart staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked for service to find griller.

For the same problem I had to leave one star and a horrible comment for Broadbeach Kmart people, Katie and Matt. But Kmart Southport people, Summa, in particular solved my problem in less than a minute, literally. Thanks.

Found everything I needed, relatively tidy, but can't blame the workers, need to blame the customers who create the mess...

Nice store. Laid out okay, though found finding some items a bit out of the ordinary. Staff were helpful when requesting assistance to find something. Certainly not the nicest Kmart I've visited though, as for cleanliness and store layout. Stock appeared rather messy, and quite low (empty shelves, or even trolley in front of items on shelves) making it difficult to reach items.

Got What I Wanted, Good Price

the bloke named dylan with the pretty blue eyes and light brown hair who works there gave me amazing service and really made sure to ask me for my flybuys as i always forget to collect the points. he is very approachable and will always look for stock no matter if he is busy or not. he must be protected at all costs

Good prices and great entertainment. Was looking through the homewares section when a street performer started breakdancing in front of me. Honestly he looked like one of the homeless people that lounge on the streets outside of Aus Fair but either way he got a clap from me!

Best Kmart ever. It is in a great area and always has the things you need, plus more. They have a variety of things from clothes yo electronics to hygienic products. They also have a great variety of toys and many other things.

Good staff. Good bargains a lot of the time. Has a nice feel. I asked a lot of the staff why the difference here than other places... Surprisingly, they've all said the manager is great, believes in teamwork and treats everyone well.💜 Now how many times does one here that in a crazy world. Good job!!!👌🙏😌busy

Love it, but would be nice if they actually got some nice soft cup underworld bras for size 18-22 as most are granny bras as all are moulded and alot of us ladies don't like them.
Well I know I don't. They need some new ladies kids clothes what they have looks like from 20 yrs ago.

when i was taken off my parents at age 3, i was driven up the coast from nsw and to calm me down my temporary foster parents brought me here and let me pick anything id like. i got the full set of disney princesses, so yes that was a win

Love the young lady at the door who greets you as you enter and checks you when you leave. She brightens up the shop with her beautiful bubbly personality. Also gives great service when you ask her a question. Makes you feel like a valued customer.

Excellent store to buy all your household items from appliances to electronics to clothes

Kristie is amazing. Impeccable customer service. She deserves a promotion. She went above and beyond when she packed about $300 of delicate items.

today i shopped here at this store, i was very pleased with the products and the prices they were at. the store layout could be improved although. the staff were very pleasant especially the girl helping with the self serve, i believe her name was ocean and she was happy to help and made the experience wonderful

Just got our photos developed ..excellent price, quality & service ..the assistant provided invaluable advice on how to use screen shots to avoid downloading large files from the cloud. (Kmart Helensvale also very good).

I quite regularly shop in Kmart. I felt impelled to write a review about my experience with Brenda in particular. She was very friendly and helped me with my query. I will be sure to go to Kmart Australia Fair more often. As I know that I will be looked after by Brenda. Give the lady a raise!

I am so happy because my steam mop did not work after using it for 4 months and without a receipt Kmart gave me another one . He was able to scan the barcode on the mop . Yay Thankyou so much . 🙏💙

I called the online customer service team today for my online order. Finding out silly me entered incorrect email address and I was stressing out as money had been taken out and I received no update. In 5 min my order was sorted and a msg sent to my phone as well as my online order being delivered in 5 days. Thank you to the wonderful lady who helped me out today!!

Love the Mart. Needed to leave a review because yesterday I witnessed the bestttt handling of a thief, as I was leaving Kmart Australia fair with my candle (addicted) in one hand and receipt in the other. There was a man before me arms full of items and when asked to show the receipt by the man on the door (praise him) the other man tried to keep walking out without paying for anything. The man on the door told him to stop put all the items down and get out. Let me just say the kmart employee at the door handled the situation with such calm and assertiveness, the thief picked the wrong time to try it with this man on the door - wish I could name drop but I don’t know his name but the man deserves a raise! Sad to say that this happens so often at the australia fair Kmart and I can not commend the staff enough, also special shout out to another aus fair Kmart employee Edward (Eddy) he is the greatest.
