Coles Australia Fair

Yesterday afternoon our family completed a huge shop at Coles Australia Fair and we used a check out that had a person server. The person, a young man, was so helpful and obliging with packing logically. For all the criticism that we read about often, we can only say we were extremely well looked after. Shop here always.The place is clean and the staff are very helpful.Plenty of car park spots and veggies are fresh and the price is reasonable and plenty of discount price item 😍. I always come back here weekly for our needs 😊❤

I was at a check out this afternoon. The checkout next the cigarette servery and another shopper came over and asked our check out girl where she could find ‘pesto’ the check out girl said, “Isle 6, top shelf”. Without blinking an eye she nailed it. I told her we were very impressed and she obviously knew her store inside out. She thanked us and said she had a good memory. Congratulations young girl you were amazing. Mid to late thirties wearing glasses. Good job.

Great to go to but very low on stock and it's one of those new Cole's where they lock you in

Good market with all sorts of products whose has different prices and discounts.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, unfortunately there is not enough staff on the checkouts from 4pm onwards when it's gets really busy.

Love the range, my fav section is the pick your own or scoop & weigh section... so many choices.

Bakery manager is knowledgeable and charming, I had a few questions regarding some products and he was very efficient and helpful with his answers. Nice to see that kind of service is still around. His name is Beau. Great work.

The store has been completely rebuilt and I think it's lay out is great. I start work early so I love the fact it is open for business when I walk in at 7am. I get my supplies for the day including lunch if I haven't prepared and it saves me so much time later on in the day not having to go out again. A great range of products and the staff are always helpful and nice. Parking is good in the multi level car park and the light rail passes out the front of Australia Fair.

I think I under-appreciate how warm the staff here are. If you need something, they're always willing to help, or find it. To the Awesome bloke who price checked batteries, tops to you! from the door to the register. These guys are awesome.

Opens at 6 am closes at 10pm great Deli and the staff are super friendly and helpful selection they have everything its my go to im so close you can shop every 2 t 3 days so always fresh, massive carpark and its free and across the road from the broadwater ...

Took my parents here today to show them what a fantastic verity of produce they have.
They was blown away with how nice it was. We found things we can-not buy at our regular Coles at Runaway Bay.
My parents will be going back on a regular basis. Keep up the hard work and verity of produce. People take time and have a look for yourself.

Amazing customer service.
Amazing service team I was served by a gentleman and a lady with long black hair whilst they were having a big laugh at one another whilst involving me in there little chat.. always go to this coles when I’m visiting Australia fair shopping centre.
And was surprised with the layout this time round altho a young man near the fresh veg is rude he should be more helpful to elderly!
