Good place to enjoy movies. For the VIP members there is 25% discounts on the tickets every time you purchase tickets. So I saved whatever I paid for the membership. Good environment and seats are very comfortable.

Love this cinema. Parking is awesome because you don’t have to navigate through a whole mall to get to it, just drive straight up to the roof. Staff are always friendly and in the 4-5 times I’ve been I’ve never had to wait in line.
I went to Penrith HOYTS for the first time the other day and the screen was tiny and the chairs were a scratchy material, red and didn’t recline at all.
Glad Mt Druitt is my closest cinema! Also love the VIP membership, feels much better to only pay $16 a ticket again, and the points rack up quickly so there’s a $1 movie ticket every so often.

Amazing customer service from Chantelle and Sophia. Both ladies were helpful, cheery and Sophia made amazing hot poo corn. These ladies are an asset to Hoyts

I bought tickets to see a movie with a giftcard online and then realised I couldn’t make that time and needed to change the day. It was Friday afternoon and the only way to speak to customer service is via email which is only staffed from 9-5 Monday to Friday and I was supposed to see this movie on Sunday. I couldn’t refund the ticket and purchase new ones because it was a gift card, I was so annoyed so I called the cinema directly that I booked for which was Mount Druitt and got Kaz on the phone who I believe is one of the managers there. What an absolutely lovely person she was to speak to - she sorted everything out for me over the phone and booked me into the day that I wanted to change. So refreshing to speak to someone who was just so genuine and happy to help she’s a definite asset to company!

This is the best HOTYS ever. So much better than the HOTYS at Mt Druitt. Better than Event Cinema. In my opoion Reading Cinemas and HOTYS are my favriout Cinema. This Cinema is so clean. Tidy and nice. Friendly People and Staffs and Mangers to. The Screens are so big and huge, there in a perfect Voumle. Sits are so nice. Clean and comfy. Prices for everything is nice and Cheap. Everything else is good. But the - Snacks. Drinks didn't taste that good.

Love it at this cinema. They have recliner chairs and it's hardly ever busy, toilets are close when you wanna make a quick exit and the parking is convenient because you can park right outside the movies and they don't have the tickets for only 3 hours. Love it.

Went on a Tuesday and was one of 4 watching movie .Chairs comfortable and staff courteous and very helpful.Just be mindful of parking restrictions

Can’t go wrong when you have reclining seats and an awesome sound system.

I love the reclining chairs and the cinema feels cosy. While it's not a super large screen, the recliner and feeling cosy is enough for me. If you are after a super large screen, look for a bigger cinema.

Good cinema, but definitely requires a refurbish in the Xtreme screen cinema. Was there only the other day, and had other customers arguing with us about seating arrangements making it difficult for everyone to sit in their designated seats. The manager settled everything down and did a good job at helping everyone with the situation, but after explaining that the change of a sign at the end of the row has caused the confusion, it doesn't make sense that the whole row wasn't changed in the first place, but instead the management has to get involved just to tell people "you sit here and you sit there" like as if were children.
The seats are all ripped up and it looks awful. It needs to be fixed asap.

Great experience. The manager with the long hair on duty was helpful in informing us about a deal that was happening at the time which we didn't know about and saving us some cash. Blacktown is my local but I will be coming back here instead because of the top service we received!

Always a clean cinema when I go and quick entry however lines are long for food and drinks.

As usual Hoyts has the nice comfy reclining chairs.

Mt Druitt staff were very nice and quick with instructions. Located very close to parking.

Hoyts is a wonderful place. It is better than most cinemas I've seen.

Went to see avatar, found the staff very helpful and friendly we discussed which seats we wanted and moved into the cinema, sat in our seats ,after commenting to my wife how comfy they were I discovered 2 little buttons on the armrest I pressed one and the leg support came up to cradle my legs , the other button was for reclining , I went home after a very long movie feeling refreshed and no backache , stiffness or aching legs or shoulders. I recomend this theatre experience to anyone who enjoys a movie and can't normally enjoy the experience because of a medical condition or just wear and tear on the body . If I could give 8 stars I would.

We are HOYTS members so we were able to get 2 tickets for the price of one which was a great deal.
I'm a little hard of hearing but the movie was loud enough that I didn't have to worry about missing any dialogue.
The reclining seats were very nice and spacious. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and are planning to go again
