Reliable Rent a Car place.
I rented a car for 2 days when I visited Surfers in mid March 2019 with my daughter. Ladies in reception desk were really friendly to us tourists from Japan and they prepared the best car which meets our requirement with reasonable rate although it was no previous booking.

We rented VW golf in white (Pls see attached photo) that was really clean and equipped with latest devices such as Electromechanical parking brake and GPS navigation system. fuel consumption was also great.

We will definitely utilize this place again in the future visit and recommend to friends.

Location in photo I took was NOT the Europcar office but nearby petrol station we dropped by on the way to return the car.

Great accommodating service with good selection of cars. Very affordable too for a few days. Can performed well (for a 4 cylinder) - we rented an inexpensive Yarus. Sometimes the drop off points are difficult to find (i.e. in downtown Brisbane) this was a real challenge to find!

Your staff member, Jarrod, was exceptionally friendly & helpful. It is the first time I have used Europcar & I was very impressed.

The staff had to assist me a few times due to a late landing time and also with the lockdown that happened while in QLD. The were fantastic to deal and the manager couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks again.
