Friendly and knowledgeable

I was so disappointed with their service. I took my laptop that stopped working of which I thought it needed a new battery, but it took them nearly 2 weeks to check it, this is after I made a few phone calls checking and I was told it will be ready tomorrow that never came until I decided to go and pick it up. Guess what I got a completely dead laptop with missing parts. I do not recommend this shop because they are crooks.

I will not be going here ever again, i needed my console before the 10th and today i find out i have to wait another week to pick it up .
