Hands down the best dental clinic on the coast. from the moment you step in, you are welcomed by the receptionists with a big smile. Liz and your girls, you are amazing. and there waiting for me was the outstanding Katie, the hygienist, OMG, shes the best. she made me feel comfortable and relaxed and did the job on her own. Legend!!! I know Dr Vinny is very thorough too and delivers a comprehensive approach. Its a dynamic team here at Sunshine Smiles Dental and Highly recommended.

Having experienced trauma as a child with dentistry ,I was introduced to Vinny by a mutual friend .
I required extensive work and after an initial assessment felt confident to proceed with a professional care plan ,2 months in I have a perfect smile ,I tear up when I look in the mirror !,I am so grateful to the team at sunshine smiles especially the before and aftercare provided by the reception team ,

Incredibly happy with my experience at Sunshine Smiles. I’ve been shopping around for a dentist on the coast and Dr Catriona has surpassed my expectations. She is very thorough and meticulous with her work. She fixed up some work I had done by another dentist I was not happy with, and did an incredible job. She made me feel really comfortable while I was getting the work done. Everyone was incredibly friendly including reception, hygienists and assistants. Really nice facilities as well. Definitely recommend!

Dr Vinny is the best dentist ever! My kids love going to see him and are never scared. Even when my daughter required an extraction she said she barely felt a thing!

Katie is the most gentle dental hygienist. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience when having a clean.

I have been treated by both Dr Vinny and Dr Catriona and have always been made to feel relaxed and confident in the treatment received. I am a bit of a dental phobic, so the dentist is not my favourite place to visit! I can happily recommend this practice highly, relaxed friendly atmosphere at every visit!

Please don't go to anyone else for a bridge or any other cosmetic work. I am very happy with my new smile. After a year of hiding my smile and being given lots of different advice from lots of different dentists, I finally found someone who was able to fix my perhaps more complicated cosmetic issue. On first meeting Dr Vinny Ankaran , I finally felt reassured to go ahead with doing something about my smile. He has the experience and confidence that I needed. My teeth now look white, natural and straight (no braces were required !). They also feel great. I am loving being able to talk and smile with confidence. My only regret is that I didn't see him earlier. I'm glad I didn't follow more expensive plans at other dentists or get a less superior job done that would have ended up being more expensive in the end. The price for what I did get done was very good. All the staff are lovely at Sunshine Smiles Dental. Thankyou to Everyone there, Sadi Myers.

Like a lot of people, I have never liked going to the dentist but for the last few years I have been going to sunshine smiles dental and seeing Dr. Vinny who is always friendly, professional and upfront with the costs associated with the dental work. This morning I rang to make an appointment as I was in pain caused by a fractured tooth and Vinny had the morning off so they got me in with Dr. Mani straight away, and she was also brilliant. I recommend anyone with a dental phobia to give either of these two a try!

Visited Dr Vinny for the first time last week to get a second opinion. I have found my forever dentist. He explained everything in detail and had the most beautiful and gentle manner. I will never feel nervous about visiting the dentist again and trust him completely.

Vinnie is awesome we started off with just my youngest daughter and myself and now Vinnie also has my older twin daughters and their partners. One of my twin daughters does not like dentist so well done Vinnie and thank you so pleased we found you, good prices and we know you are not trying to take advantage of us. Bit of a drive for all of us but you are most definitely worth the drive :)

Took my 5 year old daughter here and found the staff great and made the visit fun for her. Staff were informative and not dismissive unlike a previous dental visit elsewhere. Seems like a dental practice focused on genuine care for their patients.

I am very proud to let people know about the Profesional prompt service that I had received from the Professional dentists at Sunshine Smiles Dental Coolum Beach. Vinny and Catriona did a lot of work on my teeth and always asked my opinion on what they thought should be done to look the best for my teeth.

What a pleasure to find an excellent dentist who doesn't want to charge you like a wounded bull. I checked prices with my old dentist and another for crowns and bridges and settled with Vinny at SSD for a much fairer price and superb service. I highly recommend him.

I have nothing but praise for all the personnel working at this dental practise what a great experience i had on each visit. And i did not need a wheel barrow full of cash to settle my bills as their fees are very reasonable for the quality treatment you receive.

I had my teeth cleaned today and I was freaking out, the last time I had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist they were sore for days so I was very apprehensive BUT Katie cleaned my teeth and she was so gentle I can honestly say Katie is amazing not only do my teeth feel and look amazing, they don’t hurt at all. I will definitely be getting my cleans here from now on. Thank you😁

..im quite nervous attending the dentist...dr vinney is kind and considerate...he asks if everything is ok from time to time...he is efficient and delivers quality dental treatment...i would recommend Dr vinney especially if you are dealing with anxiety etc..the five stars are well earned and deserving by Dr vinney...

Dentist is absolutely lovely, made you feel comfortable and relaxed. Dental nurse wonderful also. Do yourself a favour and go there. Pricing is very reasonable .. Will go back :)
