I would give 4 stars for product choice. It's not the best stocked Coles in the country... but hey its Coolum, everyone is chill here. The staff are friendly, pleasant and helpful. There is shaded car parking as well. So overall a pleasant shopping experience and they get the 5 stars from me.

Fantastic service, the check out dude had so much energy and tried to scan and pack the bags as quick as he could. He was really friendly making small talk too. Good range of food for a costal town.

Always so friendly and talkative are the staff at this Coles outfit. Floorstaff, deli and bakehouse staff, fillers and tellers, they are all lovely people and enjoy getting to know everyone with regularity. Completes the village vibe for our town, and I enjoy going here several times a week for products, but also to say hello to the awesome staff.

Frontline volunteers in tough times who many of us proud locals are supportive of.

I like shopping at Cole's generally but at Coolum I find the service excels.
Prime example would be the young lady Stacey in the deli department. Always with a smile and ready to help attitude. Her knowledge of the products is extensive and she is always willing to share her knowledge.
All in all a great place to shop.

I like going here to Coles & mostly the staff are very helpful & nice.
I do get the odd 1 that is not polite & when this happens feel sad.
Everyone hopefully will get to old age.
My pet complaint is the same that people have been stating for many years.
Why give 2 for 1 on fruit specials. Sole aged pensioners miss out.
No longer can 1 person buy a weeks worth of fruit & vegetables because they don't last.

I love it because of the people who work there. Lovely ladies! Always kind and friendly. Beautiful flowers and plants available for purchase. Has mostly what you need as far as food and homecare products.

Great shop for regular holiday makers to Coolum.

The Coles itself is lovely, but when the charities are allowed to set up at entry/exit I will drive further to shop elsewhere. I don't want to be approached everytime for signing up to donate money, when I just want to get in and out.

Popped in to grab our Christmas fruit and vege before we head home. Everything was stocked really well and the fruit and vege so fresh and in abundance. So much better than shopping at our local coles in the brisbane suburubs.

Great Coles in a awesome location. Stayed at the holiday park up the street and is a very close walk to get your daily grocery needs when on holiday or even if you are lucky enough to live in the area.Car park is smallish BUT you can always squeeze in somewhere. Other reviewers about this Coles who are complaining about the range should maybe go grocery shopping at the service station on the main drag or shut the hell up... bloody bogans

Prefer to shop at this coles instead of the one in Peregian Springs which is closer to where we live for the simple fact - the workers are all friendly & actually look like they enjoy their job also has abetter "feel" when u walk in.
