Being a Medical Receptionist myself I found the DVMC staff to be very friendly and helpful. Whilst sitting in the waiting room the approach of the staff to incoming patients was professional and caring. I would like to say thank you to Dr Green for bring a very positive and friendly person who I look forward to helping me with my health. Thank you.

I needed treatment for a nasty injury and they made time for me immediately, despite not being on their books. The nurses were friendly, funny and caring and the doctor was great. AAA+++ from me. Couldn't be happier.

Cannot recommend Dr Gemma highly enough. She's prompt, knowledgeable and sensitive. The reception and admin staff at this surgery are always super helpful, too.

Rang yesterday looking for an appointment for my son, receptionist had to advise me not taking new patients but then she went out of her way to tell me the names and phone numbers of some practices to try. Wish I had gotten her name, really appreciate your help.

Today we seen Dr James, he was fantastic, took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable and asked lots of questions, and explained things really well, hope he sticks around for a long time

It's very quite in the waiting room and the waiting to see your doctor isn't long. It's a great medical clinic.
