Always friendly and helpful. The staff here are the best I have encountered in a hardware store. If they haven't got what you need, which is rare, then they will get it for you. Their product knowledge is also excellent.

Need to be more businesses like this. Staff greet you as you enter, Staff ask if they can help you with anything right away. The store has more stuff then you expect in it. The price is a little more expensive as I would expect, but on the plus side it's convenient and saves me driving down the road and when you take into consideration the price of fuel then I'm better off shopping here and supporting our locals

The staff were really friendly and helpful! The staff knew exactly where things were as soon as I asked it was really helpful as I was in a rush. I had to stop and take a photo of a toy rat in what I think was grill? I laughed about that with an employee. The prices were good and service was quick I highly recommend Williams Mitre 10.

Excellent clean and tidy store, easy to find things; really friendly and helpful team.

Michael on the trade desk is one of 2 excellent team members at this store. He is calm, listens carefully to what the customer is asking, is extremely helpful and gives good tips and suggestions to those customers who don't know much about hardware. He's a terrific kitchen designer who offers suggestions on useful add-ons to the design. He's definitely worth his weight in gold!

Customer service is awesome

Have 99% of the things Ive needed, and when I specially ordered in some larger plaster sheets they were there the next day. Staff are excellent though the younger "weekenders" have the social skills you would expect. They know where everything is and are knowledgeable about what they sell.
They have a store credit return policy which I have never had a problem with.
Yes Bunnings is probably cheaper and more diverse but this is a family run franchise so support your locals first. (plus you don't have to drive 20+ kms each way)

I would just like to thank Peter and his Mother, Lesley, for their helpfulness last Christmas when they had actually closed their shop for the day. They did not hesitate and suggest we return another day, they opened their doors and found one of the items I was after immediately, a red reclining casual chair. I was also after a new BBQ and their sound advice regarding the Bugg will remain with me. It is everything and more - so much more versatile than my big 4 burner!
So I do thank you both very much - and I have been back, although I'm not from your area.

Friendly staff. Pretty competitive against burnings as well. Very competitive on makita power tools and able to get in any other tools you might need as well.
