Fantastic- Mark and Ben worked so hard to get our car part and get us back on the road. Mark was so accommodating and his country hospitality and manners were refreshing.

Thank you soo much Mark for getting our caravan back on the road so we could continue our lap around our country. Love that you tried to get the manufacturer to do the right thing then when you knew they were just too busy for us you found a reputable alternative to fix the problem. Hope I never need you again but if anyone else does then I say you’re in good hands.

Got a nail stuck in our caravan and took it to K&M. Got it done in a few hours even when they were busy as and it did seem like hard work for them. Got us back on the road without missing a beat!

They were outstanding.
Our cruiser was towed in there with a broken front bearing and needed a new rotor. We drove up from the gold coast the day before.
They were flat out but did ours ahead of what they already had booked in. Had to wait for parts but was done in a couple of days at a fair price.
They even picked me up from the caravan park and dropped me back to my car when it was done.
Nice people to deal with.

Got dirty fuel. Replaced oil filter. K&M were great. Couldn't fault. Even worked in lunch hr. Price and labour and friendly 5 star job.

Found these guys through maps and the reviews don't lie. Absolutely great help and service. Lost a backing nut for our awning arm brace., they didn't have a replacement but their answer, "we can make one for you." Shot back to the van, slide the nut out of the other arm took it over. Even though we weren't leaving for a few days they rang back in half an hour, all done!!! Made two as the other was dodgy as well,works perfect. Best $20 ever spent. A1 Big thanks to the team there.

We rocked into Lightning Ridge. Undid van door, and BAM, the van was filled with the smell of rubber. Called K & M Auto. My husband spoke with Angel, amazing service. We'd done a spring on the van. They ordered two in, was told that the springs will be in Thursday (this was Tuesday) and van will be ready to go Friday. True to their word, parts in from Dubbo on Thursday, the van was fixed by 1pm Thursday. Fantastic service, happy with price. They even let us stay in the van on the premises. Highly recommend. I am very grateful to K & M Lighting Ridge Auto and absolutely recommend them. 2 weeks before Christmas i had an issue with my gear selector cable connection and although they were extremely busy and only had 1 week of trade left before closing for the holidays, they fit me in and I had my vehicle back within 24hrs from it being towed there. Saying im grateful is actually a bit of an understatement.

Great service and very nice people. We had issues with a trailer axle and also needed to replace the spare tyre. The guys at K & M Auto checked out the axle and bearings, provided us with an adequate spare (the best they had at the time) for a very good price and reassured us that all was safe to continue on our trip. Couldn't have been more helpful. Many thanks.

These guys are wonderful. My wife and I are on a long motorcycle ride. My wife’s bike broke down and these guys came to the rescue. They charged her battery overnight and offered to have a go at fixing the bike if we had no other option. We got sorted without have to take the generous offer but the offer made a stressful time a great deal easier. I am very grateful.

New to the Ridge & had my Caprice serviced there, don't be put off by the many old bombs out front, as a great service and competent staff.

Did a quick fix on a broken Shock absorber, friendly service, thanks to these guys.

Great bloke Mark and very knowledgeable, fitted me in when I got town with a power steering fluid leak. I rang him he said Pajero or Triton, I said Triton, Mark said commend problem, tighted it up for $30.

Pulled in due to noise emanating from engine bay ,mechanic was extremely helpful, went for a drive and of course the noise disappeared 😒, it was then put on the hoist and examined for faults,all that was found was excessive mud and rock stuck between the exhaust and bracket, offered to pay but was told no charge ,great to know that there are still people willing to help for no reward. THANKS AGAIN , Jeep 🚙 with mud .
