Lightning Ridge Holiday Park

Beautifully kept Van Park, every where is dead level but ground is literally rock hard hard for tent pegs but ok with masonry hammer drill - no joke.
Amenities were spotless, no highway noise or yahoos/ hoons/.
Super friendly in office and very helpful in everything you could ask.
Dog friendly.
Cleanest BBQ shelter I have ever seen. Laundry clean.
Could not ask for more in an RV Park.

We stayed here for a few nights and Cameron is very friendly and helpful

Great caravan park. Friendly staff, gravel sites. Excellent camp kitchen with pizza ovens, and free pizza the night we were there. Facilities a little tired but extremely clean

Kiara and Cameron were very accommodating and friendly. Totally recommend staying here, especially if you're in a tent. Good grass, for Lightning Ridge, areas to set up on.
Also great camp kitchen. (Even a pizza oven) Bathroom facilities were freshly painted.

Great position right in town. Easy to get along with. Resonable pricing. Good sized sites. Evening get together. Toilets clean. Small size park which is good.

Family of 2 adults and 3 kids had an interconnecting room which was great value and so spacious. It's dated, but it works and I loved the timber vaulted ceilings. Very clean and such friendly staff, helping you with maps and local attractions to visit. A hair dryer would be really good, all rooms should have one. Love the one minute walk to the pub for dinner. Comfy beds.

Great place to stop. We were parked in the paddock away from the crowd. And with having 3 dogs it was a blessing. Thanks for having us.

Very nice and spacious Caravan Park. Steve and his wife made us both feel very welcome. Excellent customer service. Family owned caravan park. Large sites, clean amenities. Free Pizza twice a week. On Tuesdays and I think Friday's. It is dog friendly. If we go back this is the caravan park we will be staying at again. Very close walk to town. Also has beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Stayed for 4 days but did not see all of Lightning Ridge. Would like to go back and stay longer next time.

Great check in, the gentleman was very friendly. Amenities oh so clean n tidy and plenty of showers etc . Our 2nd visit and would certainly come back. So close to shops etc

I don't worry about old buildings or unsealed roads. I admire clean, tidy, well matained infrastructure and friendly staff. Which is why give this park 5 stars.

The caravan park is very well situated and is an excellent spot to stay in Lightning Ridge. The owners were great. We could not recommend the park any greater.The Thursday night pizza night was a great touch and very enjoyable.

Belinda and Beau are very welcoming to people staying at the very reasonable rated park. Facilities are gòod and clean. Great social evenings during the week with wonderfully prepared and cooked pizza provided at happy hour. Loved our stay.

Always liked this park. Keep returning each year. Very friendly. In the centre of town .pizza at happy hour 3 nights a week. Such an interesting friendly town.

Lovely spot run by good people

Great location in centre of town. Older style amenities block but very clean. Friendly and helpful hosts, meet and greet pizzas 3 nights a week. Couldn't fault it.

We loved camping here, great facilities, pizza nights are wonderful way to find out about traveling stops to and from the Ridge. Walk to town, library, hospital and the local pool which has great water play areas (seasonal opening). We'd love to come back.

One of the friendliest parks of our 5 week NSW road trip. The happy hour offered three times a week is a great way to get to know your fellow campers and share tips and advice. The free snack serves of pizza from the wood fire oven was great too!
