An absolutely fantastic piece of Lightning Ridge kitch. This castle is on the Red Car Door Tour, and is well worth the stop. (In fact, it's the only place with the stop on the red route, in my opinion)

With hilarious jokes about, it feels like you've entered a Monty Python set. The front yard is open to the public, so you can hop out and take photos anytime. Just note the castle itself is an Airbnb, so respect the people's privacy.

Parking out front, as well!

Fantastic place to stay in Lightning Ridge, very quirky and so lightning Ridge. Absolutely loved staying here! Very large, luxurious, clean, comfortable place with kitchen and a view.

Absolutely stunning location and a very dissimilar stay! Hosts made the experience welcoming and inviting. Definitely recommend staying at the Ridge Castle for a couple nights with a family, especially with kids.

A truly iconic Australian castle that’s not to be missed. I loved the quirkiness of the Ridge Castle, especially the beer bottle walls, car doors and turret!
