Some good old fashioned, local and friendly service. Kim was very patient with us and we were made to feel like valued customers.

I went into BOQ this morning, I am not one of their customers. The 3 staff were very happy to oblige me in my transaction. The 2 ladies behind the counter, CSO's were both all smiles and we had a couple of laughs during my transaction. Efficient as well.

BOQ Coolum Beach Branch is one of the top and most helpful guys to deal with, specially Bill Shakoor the Manager, a very kind and very helpful person. i applied for a home loan and he made it very easy and smooth transaction. so i highly recommend them for any banking.

This bank is nothing short of excellent in customer service. At any time staff are extremely pleasant in their approach to you on a personal basis. It's all smiles whenever you enter this bank and all customer consultants have a smile that says they are genuinely happy in their positions to assist with matters both big and small.
They go out of their way to provide the best possible result in your dealings and this branch should be congratulated on their common principles that the Customer is most important, who ever it may be. No favouritism and you are always made to be feel welcome as if you are the only one they deal with.

Friendly LOCAL branch with old fashioned service yet all the necessary technology to assist. Great to have this in the neighbourhood, wish the opening hours were longer though! Recommend :)

Refreshing to receive customer service from a bank.

Very quiet in the branch as I was the only customer, my presence was completely ignored by the 3 staff members. Finally was asked if I needed help. A simple request to change $100 note into 2x $2 rolls for my local business. My request was denied as I don’t have an account with this particular financial institution. Absolute joke.
