got my pretty boy leo from here! such a great atmosphere especially for fellow bird lovers such as myself. the staff are so lovely and helpful. it’s easy to tell how knowledgeable they are just from a simple conversation. the higher prices are so worth it and affordable. keep on being amazing guys. y’all are doing great 💖💖

It's much better to shop here than online waiting for things to arrive.
The guy with the long hair(apologies I don't know his name) has the loveliest spirit with a zen like appreciation for his pet family.

I found my bird bath, my finches splash around all day they love it, and a jelly fish for my Siamese fighting fish who is now using it for his hiding place...he's happy.
Both of these items aren't easy to find in a Sydney store.
It truly is a one stop shop.

Awesome bird set up so you can actually hold some hand reared parrots, lovebirds, etc.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Also range of fish, mice, rabbits, and hamsters.

I love this pet shop because it is a lovely experience to see and feel the wonderful animals such as birds, rabbits, and fish. I love how the enclosures allow people to interact with the birds and rabbits. It is a lovely place to go to and they have the best stuff. Their staff are kindly spoken and helpful. I never do reviews, but this place deserves recognition for its amazing service and products. Firstly I’ll point out that no animals were kept in poor or uncleanly living conditions, but were looked after by the staff very well. All the staff were very friendly, and seemed quite knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and helped set up a cage as well as find other essentials for the beautiful red factor canaries we purchased from them. Many thanks to Teaghan for all the time he spent helping us out with this. Rarely do I leave a store so happy.

I came here to buy one of my pet rats and I was pleasantly surprised. Compared to other pet stores, their rats were kept in great conditions, with good bedding, clean, with toys and not overcrowded. This store didn't make me feel sad for the animals the way that others have.

I was given a huge box to transport a tiny baby rat, I've had another place give me a box 10x smaller for a bigger rat. Other pets were kept in good conditions, too and the place was clean and well-kept. I was approached within 30sec of entering asking if I needed help. Quick service. They had so many different pet products on offer, too. I'd definitely come here again.

My rat is a healthy, very happy and very social little girl.

Just a little bit expensive for they average person can buy bird's cheaper than what they have but thay are trying to get a reptile license for upstairs

I have only been here twice and I have no idea what is with the bad reviews, all I can say is that their negativity is biased and misguided. Whoever has written them seem rather ill-informed and inexperienced in raising animals or being a pet parent. Let's face it, animals that are domesticated or already born in captivity aren't going to stand a chance at survival if you just 'release them into the wild where they belong' because they have not been taught by their wild parents how to apply their natural instincts properly to their environment, they may be a result of generations of hand tamed creatures so let's be realistic here, finding them loving and caring homes and owners is the least we can do for them as humans, and Petsville are doing a great job at being a temporary accommodation for them until they find their permanent carers. The animals there did not look distressed, in fact looked content and had ample supplies of food and enrichment in their enclosures which are far nicer than any other pet store I've ever seen in my life, this place is clearly run by respectful animal lovers it doesn't have a commercial for profit vibe to it. That aside they have an A to Z range of supplies for all different types of pets at a competitive price and is definitely worthy of five stars. Go there and see for yourself, I'm definitely coming back.
