Officeworks Alexandria

Excellent range of office supplies in a pretty large store. Good for printing as well. Good amount of customer parking and late hours - open from 7am to 9pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends. Located in Alexandria Corporate Park and accessible directly from O’Riordan Street just past Gardners Road. Love the range of pens and markers as well as cardboard 🎨

There was a very nice Asian boy named Dustan who helped me pick out a gaming chair for my 34 year old son. He was very nice in assisting me and my son. This is my son below he is very happy.

The Officeworks in Alexandria has a very convenient parking space directly in front of the entry. There is usually a staff member standing inside the entry to greet you as you walk in and direct you to where you need to go. They have a huge range of office supplies, from pens and pencils, paper, envelopes, signs, children’s games, computers and printers, USB’s, invitation supplies, and SO much more. Their range is excellent. They also offer a printing service which you can either do yourself or they can help you with it.

I went to the store to purchase some stationery on 1st March 2023. I had all the items but couldn’t find the wider sticky tape in the same location as the other narrow ones.

I approached a lovely lady, her name is Irene, who was working very hard in the store. She knew exactly where it was located and directed me without hesitation in a very friendly and warm matter. What a lovely start to my day and very clearly, she loves her job in customer service and an absolute credit to the store.

I then saw some empty boxes on the floor and they’re the exact sizes I needed. I approached George whom I asked if I could get those in their disposal dock. He immediately told me I could have them if they’re empty. I also saw him helping other customers to wheel bulky and heavy stuff to their cars for them.

What an amazing service delivery and customer experience shown by both.

Please congratulate both Irene and George for their stellar, star, class act service delivery performance. They deserve to be commended and recognised.

I just wanted to say thank you to Patrick who spent 20mins climbing up and down the ladder helping me find the stuff I needed. I really appreciate his help!!!

Went in yesterday around late afternoon to print some documents. Mairead was very friendly and helpful in getting the job done!

Was here purchasing a computer monitor the other Sunday and couldn't speak highly enough of the service provided by the young chap from geeks2U, Damien (or maybe Daniel). He provided some expert advice, was able to explain the differences between the models and even gave me a great deal by honoring a previous price (price tag hadn't been updated but was now more expensive). Monitor wasn't in store so had it delivered free to my home the following Tuesday. Fantastic service.

I had terrible printing done by a man working from his home, he bragged about 27 years experience, so i was desperate for printing done and ended up at office works....the staff were super friendly and i got the work done immediately...they came through and for half the price, and any misprints i was not charged for. don't underestimate Officeworks for printing

I came in just before closing needing something printed on photo paper. The woman working at the photo centre had a line full of people and managed to serve all of us in such an efficient and friendly manner. Rarely see this attitude of employees these days so it was impressive to see. Will definitely return to this OW over others.

Went to print some photos very last minute that I was super stressed about - the girls at the counter Amy & Ana were so lovely and helpful. Their energy was infectious and made everyone’s day.

A very good shop with sufficient products needed by most customers expected from purchasing their needed products Items.

Their “e-recycling” system is very helpful and does encourage many people to make an effort to dispose Home used unwanted Batteries, Printers, hand phones, lab top, cables etc… to their recycle boxes at the main entry. Extremely useful and a MUST have services at OfficeWorks retail shops.

Staffs are good and supportive.

Parking is good, one need to time yourself to park at the right time, otherwise it can be challenging when they are busy.

Good parking, and convenient to get in. That's a great range of stationery. The printing is a bit sub par to be honest. But most people wouldn't know better I guess.

Friendly staff and a pleasant experience. I purchased a monitor from them, but after a week decided to refund. Returned it in the original packaging and got my money back effortlessly. This is why I prefer supporting a physical store as opposed to purchasing online.

Great range of items, always discover new ideas. Had a good experience recently buying a new desk. Zoe and Hugo were very helpful in helping me choose, checking availability, and loading it in my car. Love coming here.

I had an enquiry about a product and lovely lady Zoe picked up the phone. Not only that she was so pleasant to talk to, she went to check if the product is in stock.. She found the last one and left it on the counter for me to pick it up. Amazing customer service.

Amazing customer service! Went into Officeworks Alexandria to get some printing done for my sister’s bridal shower on 3/11/20 and was so happy with the final product. Gerad helped me select the right products for my needs and she was so incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. Thank you again! :)
