I recently purchased a stroller and had a fantastic experience at the store. Gordana who assisted me was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She provided excellent customer service and made sure I found exactly what I needed. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store to others!

Went to the Alexandria store yesterday and Betty helped us with car seats. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient (we asked lots of questions). If you every need anything, ask Betty! She was amazing! Great store and staff. Highly recommend.

Great store with a lot of goods for babies . Staff is friendly and make us feel welcoming . Hanna assisted us with the baby seat and she is quite knowledgeable . We will come back .

In care. Getting everything sorted and ready for before she comes home has been a new routine with all the new things to learn about such as knowing which pram or car seat is best for our new born. The staff have gone above and beyond to provide us with all the information. Special shout out to Gordana today! ❤ she was so lovely and gave us a good insight on getting the best car capsule and pram.

Staff was friendly and knew alot about the products. The store is large, open and not crowded at all. The baby seats, prams and cribs are well displayed and easy to access and test. Good range of products for anything baby related and if buying something large and heavy, you can drive the car to the pickup area and the staff will help load it. The store is in a complex that's easy access and there's quite alot of parking available.

As a first time mum, going shopping for pram, car seats and etc can be overwhelming. I was lucky enough to be helped by Betty who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all products.

I have visited the Alexandria store a few times now and I have been very happy with the service provided by Gordana and Ciara on all occasions.
Both ladies are very customer focused and do everything they can to assist.
Gordana goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service, and is honestly such a genuine and lovely person.
The ladies have extensive knowledge and experience, and are such an asset to the store!

A huge thank you to Linda and Anna back who helped me out at 9.01am with an order that I have placed online for pickup which I didn't realise went through a different system and I needed to wait. They absolutely saved me as I had to be at a doctor's appointment in the city and then head back to Canberra. They were amazing, kind and understanding!!! Thank you!!!

Served by the wonderful Linda on a very busy Saturday after black friday. While the store was clearly understaffed, Linda was very kind and patient with us as first time parents. Ask for Linda, she'll help you out.

The best experience we have had shopping in this store, I went with a friend who will be a mother in a few days and Cristian helped us and was incredibly patient with all our questions, he also speaks Spanish and it was perfect for us. Ask for him when you go.

Gordana was a fantastic help, great customer service and helped us navigate through the store efficiently and gave some great advice. Products were good but the customer service was fantastic

I’d like to thank Adam for his above and beyond effort to help. Our baby came early and we still hadn’t fitted a baby seat. It was 30mins before opening time and I knocked on the door. Adam opened and offered to help. The installer at Alexandria was sick that day. So Adam called around and found me a slot at 2:30pm. Which was amazing news for us, as the wife and new born were leaving the hospital at 5:30pm.

This is a great store with so many helpful team members. Gordana in particular has always been very attentive, patient and generous with her time.
