Sydney Party Decorations - Mascot Mega Shop

I went to Sydney Party Decorations Mascot about ten minutes to closing time. I knew exactly what I wanted and the general area to get the helium balloons. At the checkout one staff member said to me, ‘we are closing soon’. I replied, ‘so I can’t get these filled?’ They said, ‘you want helium in these?’ I said ‘yes please’. They looked dubious but they did it for me. I understand they want to go home so was relieved they agreed to full the balloons with helium. While I was waiting, one staff member went to man the door and turn away people. It was still quite busy at 5.55pm. At 5.58pm one guy tuned up and was turned away at the door. He walked dejectedly back to the car. Then turned around and came back and pleaded with the staff member on the door, ‘it’s her birthday today’ (referring to his six year old). He was let in. I thought that was quite. heartwarming story! Three weeks later and my helium balloons are still touching the roof (one untethered). Yes looking a little saggy but I thought they were amazing value for money as they have only just started looking saggy and held the helium really well for many days. I forget how much I paid. I think it was $30 for the two numbers (with helium included). They were good value. This shop is great! You could spend quite a long time looking at all their various party decorations and costumes, etc.

If you have missed the old Base Warehouse on Euston Road this fills the gap, Massive warehouse of party supplies, everything from bamboo plates to balloons and decorations. There is also a massive selection of costumes, masks and dress up accessories. Prices are ok and selection amazing.

Needed a last minute birthday party balloon and loved how the staff kindly customized and matched according to my preferences! The staff were friendly, helpful and patient! My go-to place to search for party decorations items!

First of all, I would like to praise the customer service hired by the store, because he didn't bother me from the beginning to the end, and the answers were very to the point. So I placed an order without hesitation. Giving you a good review today proves that I recognize this baby! Store keep working hard!

What an amazing shop. This is a huge warehouse with various sections. If you can't find something just ask as the staff are really helpful and there are various sections. There is a whole section with harry potter robes and there is also an adult section for hens and bucks parties. This will be my first stop for future costume requirements.

Huge party shop! I think you can get everything you need for party here. If not, then you are just too hard to please!

One of the largest store with largest range of party supplies store I have ever been to. Not to mention the convenient parking spot right at the store front, huge range of balloons and easy pick ups.

The variety is rich and colorful, the venue is very large, there are parking spaces on the upper and lower floors, the service attitude is good, and you are willing to go when you are free.
