If you like Australia's natural scenery and countryside
here is a very nice place.
cz There are many beautiful natural parks around.
n There are many banana, mango and small crop farms nearby.
If you are staying here, i think December to February is best time.
cz it's the big season for many crops.
so u can save good money this time
(n some season off time. job is not enough there. so u should ask there first)
n they have small party every friday.
alot of drink with world peoples
its was nice memory haha

if u like city life
u dont like here.
n if u like mountain, lake, jog, natural parks... u love here.
I stayed here over a year.
i was enjoyed.

It's very clean and the atmosphere is awesome! Beautiful scenery. Only thing is there is no communal cutlery or crockery but it's really not an issue with cheap grocery stores nearby :)

Perfect for what you are looking for! They are doing the best they can to find work for you and if you are patient for 1 or 2 weeks you will usally get a job with 3-6 days of work a week.

Maybe most of all a good place to meet new friends.

Not sure why everyone is saying this is a bad place , the staff are so friendly to everyone and they do there best to get you work , if you work hard then you will have no problems here , I done my 88 days here from January to June , and the people at the lodge are like your family , don’t get me wrong the showers aren’t the best , but the experience with all the people is truly amazing!

Good and friendly people.
After one week it seems to be your family.
Mostly good and often work.

BIG SCAM!

the korean manager will tell you that you are going to work 6 days a week and make good money. The truth is that you are just working 2 days a week to pay the overpriced rent. Everybody in this "hostel" is just working 2-3 days a week (maximum). He is a very unhonestly person so do not trust him.

I am really shocked and I didnt know that we could meet such dishonest people. run to knock on their doors and you will have only problems, We went with happy travels my boyfriend and I, we had a home of the most deplorable, the accommodations are very dirty, They also benefit the koreens so while they take your place on the farm, you pay yourself as idiots, likewise, they charge you $ 15 a day or you work, that is to say that basically, you pay $ 170 but in addition to the charges. a lot of backpackers are there for their farms, they know it and take advantage of it but the biggest advice I have to give you, to avoid the Korean boss, he sweats dishonesty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Jin, the manager, was horrible to everyone! We were a group of 8 friends and only 1 of us managed to get enough days of the farm(in 4 months and a half) . Avoid this place at all costs! PS: the rest of us ended up going back home or applying to the second year but getting denied, NOT worth it

Worst place I have been in Australia, The managern {Jin} tried to steal all my stuff, He even broke the padlock from my locker. He said to the others guests that the police took my stuff and that Im a drugdealer, So I called the police to find out and they had nothing about me, Finaly he gave back my stuff saying that he found it in the bin, He's stealing almost all the deposit (It happened to me and at least 6 others people they told me, Im sure he took avantage from a lot of people. Never go there.

I hope Jin has step out of his rôle of « HOST » of the backpack FOCK JIN EVER AND EVER
