Amazing staff, one of the cleanest, neatest BIG W's I've ever shopped in. And the staff are absolute darlings and go above and beyond in their customer service skills. All I can say is that the manager has done something amazing with the staff as they all work well together.

Great store with good specials

I was looking for a new release book by James Patterson and could not see it on the shelves. I asked a young man named Jimmy who was actually off duty and he asked another lovely young man and lady and they went out to their store room and searched for it for me. Thank you so much guys. That’s what I call service. 👍👍

Big woolworths sells water for $55.50

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store was well-layed out although it appears a bit warehouse-ish. The staff even helped my husband look for me when he couldn't find me (I was in the next aisle). They had lots of things on special and on clearance. A good place to find bargains. They had loos too for those who didn't go before you left the house.

We bought some item's here last week - blankets (for winter), shoes, slippers and thongs. They have a great range of items at reasonable prices. Wish we had more time to look around. If you get the chance, shop here!

Big w,was an easy place to access,plenty of places to park,going in used the covid app,spacey place to shop,great place for people in wheel chairs,bought a couple of tops and was surprised ,how cheap,staff were very helpful,when i couldnt find an item,on leaveing checkout,staff were ,great ,wishing customers a nice day,great atmosphere.

Bought a couple of shirts but they were too big. Went back to exchange them and there were no hassles whatsoever. Staff friendly as usual and a good shop to visit. Take some extra cash as you're bound to buy something on special!

Big W is an amazing store with a wide variety of products from pokemon cards to exercise machines. The staff there are very friendly and helped me find the large list of items I needed. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great prices and products.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. About every staff member we passed greeted us and asked if we need help. It was not to busy and very good prizes.
