Went in looking for something that I could wasn’t sure they would be able to help me with and was served by Judi. She was the most lovely lady and put thought and time into my project, even taking the time to go and look at it. Overall, an amazing experience and very friendly staff.

As always excellent customer service! Super helpful. One staff member showed me where all the products i needed were located. The other three went out of their way to make sure i took everything home! Best customer service. But they need a bigger store! Poor people are too cramped in there.

Great helpful staff and good prices. If they haven't got something in stock (limited by their floorspace obviously) they will order it in and let you know when it arrives.

This store may not have all the products of a cairns or Brisbane store, however the staff give their all to help you and go out of their way to get the right items for you. Love this store.

We attended a free Christmas craft evening at the store tonight. What a fabulous evening! The children had the best fun. So many wonderful crafts & the staff were just amazing; so friendly, helpful and full of humour. I can now add this to the many other reasons why we like this store. Congratulations Bunnings on giving back to our community & the huge effort that you all clearly put in to making this such a special evening.

Great service they are always willing to help out, all the staff on the floor always say hi when they walk past. It would be nice if the store was air-conditioned as it does get very hot in there.

I always find staff helpful, and the shop well laid out. My most recent visit I was helped by a new staff member from Cairns and I was blown away by his knowledge and customer service. With a number of different questions, he took me from department to department making recommendations (all of which turned out spot on). My last issue took some solving and this gentleman took the time and his own ingenuity to solve for me. In any shop, in any town, with any other staff member, I am sure I would have been told what I wanted was not possible.... This man made it possible! Thank you. I am so sorry I did not note his name.

I was having trouble with online shopping. I had tried to ring the main store I shop at in Cairns, but I kept getting put on hold. As we pass through Atherton, I thought I would ring this store. Spoke to a Lovely Lady Tracey. She was ever so helpful and stayed on the line with me until all was done. Best phone service ever. Thankyou Tracey.😊😊

I like this store. I always find what I'm looking for when I go & shop there. I find lights for my bathroom are cheaper to buy here
