Had faulty vape apparatus. No replacement. Then charged to put a new coil in after she changed it without even asking.

Tried to return for refund or replacement, two smoking devices. The holes were too small to be able to use them. The two staff refused to help with either option, were not very nice and I walked out of the store, leaving the defective devices behind. Would not have happened at Bunnings or Harvey Norman. Staff do not know the Australian Consumer Laws. Try other tobacconists if you want service.

Tried to call to see if I had enough to buy my smokes from them, refused to give me the price of the smokes I buy and was quite blunt about it aswell. Lost my business today
