Best customer service i have gotten from a fast food place in a long time. I hope Cairns maccas can be this good one day

I only drove past this MacDonalds but, looking at it from the outside, its looks like it will have all the things any other one does, like burgers and fries and a broken icecream machine. Five Stars.

All the workers are soo nice! Whenever I come here I always get a good greetings. Although I hate it how maccas took away the best food of all time. Gravy loaded fries.🙁🙁 other then that I love Athertons maccas food and workers, you should promote the girl that was working at the window at around 12:20 and she had orange hair I think?? And a gap in between her to front teeth. Beautiful smile. She made my day much better.❤❤

Consistent with every McDonalds. Staff excellent always friendly. Order on line to get cheaper such as $6 deal for cheese burger, junior big Mac and small fries.

Atherton maccas is amazing. The staff are friendly and the store and bathrooms are clean and tidy. So much better than the townsvilles stores.

I walked in to McDonalds Atherton and the place was a mess, the floor was muddy and my wait for service was long. I was deeply regretful of choosing Atherton McDonalds. Then Taralea Ellis, gave me incredible service with a smile and MADE MY WEEK! She was like a ray of light on a cloudy day. Her dedication to my cheeseburger meal was unfaltering. Would 10/10 recommend a promotion for the out of this world service.

Good service and staff eager to please

Can't complain. Typical maccas. Food was okay, plenty of staff to make meals quickly. Drive through is not the best, backs up quickly on to the street.

So not only does atherton maccas have an awesome playground, but there are tables and chairs INSIDE the playground area AND table service. Yep. I ordered and they said "we'll bring it out to you". I also had a pram and 2 toddlers with me and got the door held open for me every time. Best maccas experience ever.

This is the only McDonalds I've been to that provides table service and where the burgers come out looking like the picture. It doesn't matter if it's the preferred job for holders of an arts degree, it pays to take pride in your work. Well done guys.

Ladies made me a coffee and toasted Banana bread this morning. It was delicious, and delivered to our table with a smile. Thank you
