Great place

We stayed in #1. It had a great view, and the place was very clean and neat. We could walk into town in 20 minutes if we wanted.

The kitchen had a good amount of plates and glasses. A bit light on cooking utensils, pots and pans. A baking tray would be useful, for heating frozen pizzas.

The mattress was a bit hard on the queen.

We solved a few issues while we were there. The washing mashing didn’t seem to be working, we figured out we had to turn the taps on. The cold tap in the shower didn’t seem to work, we figured out we needed to turn it several times before it would come on. The toilet ran, so at night every 15-20 minutes it would trigger a loud water refill, so we turned it off at the wall at night.

We would stay here again if we were visiting KI with the kids.

Have stayed here 4 times, it is a comfortable place for a family & having a balcony is a bonus. Cutlery, crockery, pans, glasses, utensils, foil, cling film, baking paper, more than adequate There are a few items that are very tired, especially in the ensuite. Also the sliding windows & door are hard to open because the tracks need a good clean. The photo is view from balcony.

Location is excellent and close to everything. House was clean, had everything you'd need plus much more. The hosts were super helpful when the DVD player stopped working and replaced it the next morning. The drive way is a bit rough so watch out if you're in a small car but it's a minor thing.

The villa was clean and well set out. Easy to find and quite central.
16 relatively steep steps to the entrance were a bit of a surprise however the facility was worth the effort.

Very disappointing. Not what was advertised on website. Mentioned bbq facilities, ceiling fans and dvd. They did not exist!
Bathroom taps leaked all the time and could not be turned off. Kitchen tap was faulty and very difficult to use. Refrigerator was extremely noisy especially when trying to sleep. No hall light or carport light. 20 steep stairs to front door! Exhaust ceiling fan in ensuite bathroom was noisy and could not be turned off. Screen lock on sliding balcony door was faulty so if you were on balcony and tried to use door, it would lock you out. Walls were dirty as was hotplate and overhead exhaust fan in kitchen.

No hot water. No hair dryer.
