Cafe Scrumptious

We went to this cafe of their positive reviews and we were not disappointed. It had an extensive menu. We ordered the Crispy Prawn Tacos (our favourite), the Granola Bowl, the Smoked Salmon Bagel and the Pancake. Coffee was good too which is a bonus. We didn't try the other cafes but we will not hesitate to come back to Cafe Scrumptious.

The other reviews are spot on - you'll have an AMAZING meal. Service was fast and friendly, prices were more than fair, and we appreciated the attention to the presentation.

Another top little cafe in the heart of Kingscote. After a long walk we stopped in and had a morning coffee and cake.
Service is friendly and efficient. We ordered what turned out to be a delicious caramel slice, skinny chocolate milkshake and a cappuccino.

I really enjoyed the warm chicken salad for lunch. It was delicious. The pizzas look amazing. I will be back tomorrow morning for breakfast. Coffee, Breakfast & Lunch, open 7 days

Flavoursome breakfast, best I’ve had on KI. We had eggs Benny with bacon and mushrooms and also avo toast. Good coffee. Loved smelling the roses out the back, too, with all their different fragrances!

Phenomenal food and coffee, seriously some of the best food. I got their special fish tacos (I took a photo but already ate two of the three tacos) and the flavours were so delicious and their iced dirty chai was perfect on a hot day. Always receive lovely service and can’t wait to come back and try more items on the menu.

Awesome pizzas and coffee. Fast friendly service. Place was recommended by Andrew of Kangaroo Island Marine adventures.

Had the sausage roll and salad, carrot cake and ice cream and probably the best chai latte I have ever had. Staff lovely and helpful. Recommend a visit if travelling to Kingscote.

Very welcoming service and accomodating to our dietary requirements. The atmosphere was perfect and was beautiful to sit inside while raining out. Could not fault the food, everything down to the bread was amazing. The chef even brought our meals to our table. Would highly recommend if you’re in KI.

This is the best cafe in KI for me. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was superb and just the right portion.

Always a pleasure to have breakfast here on a Sunday morning. It's become a tradition for the guys in our works crew on their day off.
