Amazing service and staff in this store! Rob was great in the shoe department with my little girls choosing their school shoes, and despite it being really busy, he was so patient with them, and even taught my 7 year old to tie her own laces! This man deserves a raise! You don't get this type of service any more. Thank you.

Just wanted to say amazing work from the two staff that looked after me yesterday, I believe Riley and Bridgette. I've recently broken my ankle so was getting around the store on crutches. Both staff looked after me, I was worried it was going to be a massive hassle but in the couldn't have been better.

Kudos to Rebel and sales assistant Lachlan for excellent customer service. Walked in the door and less than 2 mins later, was approached by sales assistant Lachlan. He was very helpful, patient, efficient and found the right walking shoes I needed. Am a member now so definitely going back. 😊

Recently went through a return process with a pair of football boots. Rob made the process very easy and delivered a level of care that I would never expect from a big store. So very impressed with the staff and the assistance they provide. I wouldn't go anywhere else for footwear.

Buy your Garmin watch here! Michael's customer service was outstanding. I'd already done thorough research, yet needed more advice. Michael had purchased and tried just nearly every watch in stock and knew all their pros and cons. Genuinely impressed with the customer service and great price.
