Genki Sushi

I did have a nice sushi 🍣 set cost $7 for Lunch. It wasn't busy.

I haven't had good sushi and udon soup like that for a while. And the prices are great.

Generous serving especially for full price items.

Good food and good service

I'm a bit disappointed with my order. The only complain is about the food. I ordered the unadon rice dish. The have the photos on the board so you can see what you'll get. In the photo the unadon has 2 sizeable eel pieces and what I got is a 1 small piece. It's very deceiving.

mediocre katsu. very chewy

Ordered a bowl of Wonton Needle Soup, way below the average.
Paid EFT $16.69 with bowl a no flavour soup, smushy wonton skin due to overcooked, super hard wonton meat again no flavour, no to mention the noodle is inedible.
It looks fine when served but once you try to pick up the wonton, everything will fall apart.
Never expect a wonton needle soup can be so wrong from a takeaway shop, I left with pretty much whole bowl untouched.

Poor service. The food here is always less than ordinary but today we had to literally spit our food out. The dimsims were full of oil and obviously fried in oil that was not hot enuf. The goyza smelt off but we gave it a go and it tasted like rotten cabbage. It's not always a good idea to support small business.

Had pork Katsu. Wafer thin pork overcooked and dry. Terrible, the worst I've ever eaten. Typical of Japanese style eateries run by non-japanese only chasing the dollar. Nothing else matters.

Be careful everyone, chicken was literally pink, even upon asking they said it's how they keep it.

If there’s one thing I hate it’s stinginess. Not everything is about money. One soy sauce, one wasabi, ONE THIN NAPKIN (had to ask for a napkin or else they didn’t give) after spending $20 on sushi that tasted like plastic. So embarrassing.

Do not eat here, we had terrible food poisoning after eating here. Myself, husband and daughter all got sick. Our son ate from the kebab place and didn’t get sick. They should be evaluated by the health department.

Very bad food quality and taste

The worst sushi, I had. Rice mushy, overcooked and not proper sushi rice. Fish does not taste like fish nor is the texture. Some sort of artificial stuff. Did not eat all of it as I felt sick

Had chicken teriyaki and found leg cartilage in it, also just didn’t seem right so I didn’t finish. The other person that got sushi with me found a tail in theirs.

Gives wrong order and says they will fix it up then they just say no one speaks English.
