We had a wedding in December 2023. The venue was amazing, lovely location set in bushland with an open Air Chapel for the ceremony. Reception was held inside and created the perfect scenery. The staff were very helpful with planning and execution of the wedding. Food was delicious and locally sourced. Accommodation was perfect for wedding guests. Rooms were in blocks with a common room with cooking facilities and lounge area. All areas were clean and tidy.

We travelled from the UK for a family wedding. The outdoor chapel is the perfect venue for an open air wedding. It is stylish and looks amazing in photos.
The food was delicious and service from the staff was excellent.

Yarra Valley Estate is an incredible wedding spot! The views are stunning, the staff are awesome, and the food is delicious. Plus, the band was amazing, adding to the whole experience. If you're after a magical wedding venue in the Yarra Valley, this is the place!

We attended a wedding at Yarra Valley Estate and stayed in the onsite accommodation.
The wedding was fantastic, matched by great food and service.
The onsite accommodation was extremely convenient. Our room was simple, but comfortable.

We came to YVE for our EOY conference and celebrations with our team. We enjoyed the area a lot, it's a beautiful place, very peaceful and perfect for gatherings. Would recommend for anyone trying to find a place for corporate (or not) celebrations. We did the Edible Forest Tour which was really interesting. Great prices, too.

Facilities are perfect for a remote getaway (though not too far out of Melbourne) with the team for business planning. Friendly and accommodating staff, great natural spaces with plenty to do and see within the property and locally. We will be back for a third time in the near future.

We have a large family whom YVE has enabled our 3 generations of family to be together over 3 nights at Christmas.

The accommodation is very clean & comfortable .
Every bedroom sleeps 3 ppl with an ensuite.
There are 14 bedrooms in each large cottage.
As the YVE is used for weddings & conferences mainly, those functions have meals in the dining room.

As families, we prepare, cook and serve in the large day room that is included in all 3 of the 14 bed roomed cottages.

I had my wedding here in 2020. Nice staff and beautiful indoor & outdoor facilities. Unforgettable memory here, everything was perfect!

From the moment we first saw YVE and the stunning location we knew it was perfect for our day. Not only were the views spectacular but the staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect. From checking in on us throughout the day, to looking after all our guests and helping with things such as collecting the cards for the wishing well, the staff we’re sensational! The food was also of great quality and everyone enjoyed it. I had many family members and friends commenting on how great the venue and staff were and will absolutely be recommending you to any future wedding couples. Thank you for everything!

We had our wedding at Yarra Valley Estate last weekend. The venue is absolutely breath taking, the accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. The open air chapel is so stunning. We stayed onsite with our bridal party for 2 days and all our other guests because they have 48 rooms!! The drinks selection and food was amazing, can’t thank you all enough, Courtney, Ruth, Katrina, Tim, you guys know what’s your doing.. thank you for making our special day perfect.

This is a really good place to hold conferences. The fact it is a little way out of town forces the group to stay together and talk about ideas from the day's activities. The kitchen produces amazing food, grown in their own gardens. The place promotes self sustainability. The bar is adequate and well priced. There is a lot to keep entertained after hours, with a pool table, gym, wildlife shelter, and an oval to jog around near the runway. The conference rooms are large and private, without distractions, to promote a good learning or discussion opportunity.

We had to postpone our wedding twice since 2020 (covid). We finally got married recently at YVE with around 60 guests staying onsite and everything went so smoothly. Kelly and the team are so helpful and professional, and it meant we had the most worry-free, amazing day. Really couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Where do we even start with how amazing this venue and all staff are?!
Our wedding was booked for Feb 13 which due to last minute snap lockdown was put on hold. They were so amazingly kind and only worried about how we were feeling, even though every event of this nature effects them greatly as well.
We were extremely lucky to have been able to reschedule everything for just a week later and were absolutely stoked to have been married there yesterday.
The venue itself is stunning and we LOVED it, and the added feature of accommodation onsite for guests.
But the real asset to this venue is the staff! Courtney, Katrina and Lily are nothing short of AMAZING, we honestly could not stop raving about how fantastic they were. We were due to be Courtney’s last wedding before her maternity leave but once she heard we had rescheduled to the following week she came to work the ceremony for us, such a personal touch.
On the night Lily and Katrina went above and beyond in every aspect and nothing was too much trouble, seriously they are like angels on your wedding day, always there checking in to see if everything’s ok and whether they can help with anything. So many of our guests even commented about how wonderful the staff were.
The staff are all absolute assets to this venue.
A long post to say, if you’re considering Yarra Valley Estate for your wedding do yourself a favour and just book it, you will not regret it!!!

We had our wedding at YVE. Yarra Valley Estate was amazing!
If you love the nature feel this is the place for you! YVE has so many options for a ceremony (and wet weather options as well). Ours was the open air chapel which was stunning and as we wanted a rustic feel we kept the reception minimalistic.
Lilly, Katrina and the team were fantastic. They were so helpful to organise multiple site visits and meetings when lockdown allowed. When lockdown was occurring they tried to answer all questions through calls or emails.
On the day, everything ran seamlessly. The girls did such a great job and the food was beautiful. We had guests who required extra assistance and the team was so wonderful, looking after them and making sure they had everything they needed. We accidentally had a vase who had jumped off the table and the girls quickly and quietly cleaned up the mess to minimise interruptions to speeches.
I cannot thank them enough! Highly highly recommend!

I was here as part of business group for 2 days. The setting is beautiful. Conference facilities are good, and the main dining/ bar/ recreation area is spacious with a large open fire. We had a set 3 course dinner on our first night which was well beyond the quality I was expecting. The rooms are basic, but warm and comfortable. Recommended (we will be back next year).

The Yarra Valley Conference Centre hosted our wedding in late November 2014. It was the ideal location for us providing everything we were looking for with on-site accommodation, stunning grounds with views of the valley to die for, incredible food, and amazing support.

We had (and continue to have!) so many comments on how wonderful the venue was and how much fun our guests had. Right from the beginning Louise and Kerryn were incredibly accommodating helping us to feel like we were in the right hands. On the day Jess did an incredible job keeping everything on track and helping us to create the ideal hospitality for our guests.

A great venue for a conference. The site is lovely, conference room facilities are superb, the staff are wonderful and very helpful. The food was delightful and amenities are very conducive for socialising with a large group. We loved our 3 days there - thanks Katrina, Jess, Daisy and the rest of the lovely staff members there.

We attended a wedding at Yarra Estate and stayed onsite for 2 days. The staff were friendly and the wedding was amazing. The dinner was fantastic - always tricky with large crowds but they know what they're doing. We went for a walk on our last morning and saw loads of kangaroos!
