I grabbed a few nice items, but very disappointed with the staff service. It wasn’t busy or anything, but I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes until I got someone’s attention, and their attitude was very condescending.

This place is a bit hit or miss. I pop in every few months to look for bargains, and sometimes I come away with a treasure and other times nothing at all. It's worth a visit if you're in the area, but it's nothing special.

Loved this place when they first opened due to their amazing products and deals. These days they are okay.

not much saving n time waster

Had the worst online shopping experience, I bought one teacup set of 8 items and one Mickey cup, they sent me the Mickey cup and nothing else stating they don't have it in stock after one month of shopping and calling them. Charged the whole shipping fees, I bought another set of six cups with the refund and paid shipping again, they didn't deliver it for a month , I called and found out they don't have it in stock either. It's been three months I was trying to spend $100 gift voucher and now I need to drive more than an hour to spend $60 left on my card because they charged $20 shipping on a $ 20 Mickey cup, didn't communicated that they don't have other items and never delivered them. You can buy $30 stuff overseas and get it delivered with free shipping within a week. I don't know which era these people are doing business. There's no link between the website and fulfillment centre. I wouldn't buy a gift card for my enemy 😄

Poor customer service. Went in with a faulty item. Claimed they didn’t offer refunds and they couldn’t help me, when their website states completely different. First and last time purchasing.

Terrible online customer service coupled with poor quality goods for the amount being charged.
