8 Acre Paddock

Kate made us right at home for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

The guest bedroom and connecting bathroom/kitchen was well layed out, with a great selection of books and welcoming spaces.

It was awesome exploring the property and seeing the farm animals.

8 Acre Paddock is the perfect location to disconnect and enjoy the slowness of life.

Strongly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a slice of nature, with none of the fuss! Great value for money too.

Beautiful, peaceful getaway with horses and sheep's on the property.

Loved how quiet it was, just what we needed. Therapy with nature and the horses, away from the big noisy city.

Horses were so friendly and approachable.

The accommodation was cosy and the bed was very comfortable! Big window to see outside the back where the horses are with a bird feeding bowl to the birds come feed.

WHAT A SPOT!!!
Absolutely incredible place to spend our anniversary weekend. We were welcomed by Bos the horse and Shoshana the sheep who let us have a pat as we pulled in and our gracious host who made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The room and surrounds exceeded expectations, room is itself is styled impeccably with an upmarket boho feel. The wood lined interior gives a cabin feel and the bed was super comfortable. The best views of the property are from the large window looking out onto animal pens, a tractor and a bird feeder which was lively with rosellas and kookaburras during our stay. For breakfast here was fresh sourdough, jam and a coffee machine waiting for us in our private kitchenette - I think we ate the entire loaf it was so yummy. Our hosts gave us advice on some of their favourite wineries for dinner, we chose Steel Gate winery which was only a short drive away, a nice quiet spot with pretty views for a romantic date. Looking forward to our next visit already!
