What can I say. Joe is the backbone of that business. Without hesitation offered full refund on a product of theres. From car wash to car bits and pieces. Tools and brew parts. Give them a go. Always someone there that can help and have spears found Joe on the end of a phone or behind the counter at the yeppoon store. All staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Needed a part to service car called the store up extremely close to closing time. They waited had the part ready when we got there, awesome service

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have been to this store twice since moving here only a few weeks ago, both times staff went above and beyond, checking stock in other stores and suggesting alternative options when the product I needed wasn't available. They also checked my cars battery and spent time thoroughly reviewing the results to attempt to identify the issue. I will not hesitate to go back whenever I need anything

Supercheap Auto Yeppoon is a awesome store.. If it's on the website they have it in stock... And super helpful and friendly too. Definitely worth the 5 stars.

Had flat battery. Staff checked it out to see if it would charge overnight. Didn't so recommended appropriate new battery. All good!! Car started first turn of starter!!

Good range and mostly great staff, EXCEPT for the burnt out old lady with whiteish blonde short hair, she is shocking and has been rude to me and my girlfriend several times before, luckily other staff are super helpful and friendly and usually on hand close by.
