Deltah is a perfect example of the best customer service team member. We took gift cards in to purchase a sun shelter and we had all sorts of trouble with them. Deltah persistently tried to get them to work so we could purchase the sun shelter. After Deltah went out of her way to look up on the internet to see how they could be redeemed she managed to work it out. Thank you very much Deltah you are the best ❤

Nice casual store with friendly laid back helpful staff. I shopped here instead of Anaconda due to their putrid service. Rocky bcf not as bright or helpful as yeppoon,manager take note.

Mitch at BCF Yeppoon was an excellent help getting my Lowrance sounder sorted for me, even though i didnt purchase the sounder from the Yeppoon BCF store, really great service, totally recommend Talking to Mitch at BCF Yeppoon
