Much better than Coles, Coles staff need to understand the customer is paying there wages and show some respect

Woollies is one of the anchor tenants at Yeppoon Central shopping centre. A large branch currently undergoing a few upgrades for the better. Seriously friendly and helpful staff. Good bakery. Closing time at 9pm gives you plenty of time to get down and do some last minute shopping.

Always great whenever I come here, staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great value pity they have people filling shelves during day would have thought that it would be done at night 👍.

Easy parking under building with 2.5m clearance. Easy access and good range of products. Staff are friendly and lots of checkouts open both times we went. You don't have to serve yourself here or pack your own bags. So refreshing for some old fashioned service. Love it and thank you.

Staff are helpful and you generally get everything you need there.

The staff and atmosphere here is amazing. The layout of the store is so easy to navigate and if ever in doubt over anything their staff is brilliant in making sure you leave with a smile.

Nice big shop, products displayed well & easy to find, lots of staff on the floor constantly stocking shelves, shelves full with products, plenty of check outs & self serve registers, pleasent helpful staff

Great service from Morgan at the front desk, i was confused over some socks i had bought, one had size 3-8 and one pair had 6-10 and in my sleep deprived state i couldnt figure out if one of them were womens or kids socks. Anyway Morgan was very patient and helpful and i told her i hadnt slept much last night (mom life) and when i finally finished my shopping she ended up giving me a flower to brighten my day. Shopping with a toddler is hard, thanks for making it easier and for making my day Morgan. 💐

The new layout is great. Self serve checkouts are good, and there's always a staff member asking if you need a bag. The new service desk with express checkouts is pretty nice too

Very Cheerful Staff at all levels and every time i am assisted without hesitation without fuss but with a joyful hand at Yeppoon Central Store. Cannot Say enough about how pleasurable a grocery shopping experience it is at this establishment.
