Great pub atmosphere right on the beach.
Bar staff and wait staff were super friendly. Uplifting even, as I walked in very hangry and there great energy actually uplifted me!
The chicken and bacon salad was fantastic, as was the pasta my partner ordered.

Tip for wait staff - wait until people have finished their meal before approaching them very soon after their order comes out to push for a review. It seemed a bit forceful and invasive.

10/10 would go back.

I called to order food to eat it at our hotel room. All the girls I came in contact with were incredible friendly and lovely. The food was absolutely delicious and it only took 15 minutes until I got a phone call, that our food is ready for pick up. Perfect experience 🤩😍

Incredible friendly and cheerful service from Ashley and Lyn! Myself and the family were having a great time talking to them while having drinks in the new re-done beach bar. Their smiles and cheerful attitude definitely made the atmosphere even better! Keep it up with the incredible service!

Really nice calamari lunch and the service was very friendly and helpful. A great place to stop and have a drink,a meal and look at the view.

Amazing place! Food was a little delayed due to a technical issue but once aware staff was very attentive! Received free garlic bread complements of the chef and drinks all round on the house. Amazing staff! Awesome experience! Definitely coming back 😁

brilliant food and cocktails, open on a Monday. The Barra was succulent and melt in your mouth. Desserts, totally loved the cheese cake. The Strand has been revamped, is open and has a lovely ambience. Service with a smile.

I had a delightful experience at The Strand Pub in Yeppoon. My partner and I opted for the parmy for lunch, and to our pleasant surprise, they generously extended the senior menu to us. The staff welcomed us warmly, ushering us to the best seats with front-row ocean views. The combination of delicious food, considerate service, and a picturesque setting made our visit truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Party of 13. Fabulous service, excellent meals. We were so glad we chose to lunch here. My stand out meal was definitely the calamari, with the pork belly bites a close second. However, everyone at our table enjoyed their meals.

As soon as we entered The Strand, we were greeted by a most friendly lady who made helpful suggestions re the menu. Meals were delicious, generously sized and great value - also arriving in a timely manner. A lovely spot to relax and take in the sea views. Thank you!

First time at The Strand. Customer service was super friendly. And the food was amazing. I highly recommend getting the "Strand Thai Coconut" & "Fish Of the Day (FOD)", they were incredible good.

During our visit the team had experienced multiple power outages causing delays on food etc the entire team couldn’t have handled the situation better they informed us of all updates as soon as possible, sat us in the coolest area as the ac was affected and offered free garlic bread and drinks for the inconvenience which was more than appreciated
When the food came after not too long of a wait it was amazing cooked perfectly we will definitely visit next time we are in the area a big Thankyou to all of the staff working today for your amazing service an absolute 10/10 and the way you all dealt with a situation that was completely out of your control was next to none

Very friendly young staff & great meals. We had ribs & a seniors chicken schnitzel & they were great & good sizes.

Good atmosphere. 1/2 price Cocktails and Tap beers 5.30 to 6.30pm daily a bonus. Good food menu with good size servings . Staff are extra helpful and friendly.
