Oshen Apartments Yeppoon

Lovely clean functional apartment in a great location. Walk to shops, restaurants and beach (although the hill is quite steep). Fantastic beach views from the apartment & well maintained swimming pool.

Lovely studio apartment with views of the coast and town. Easy booking, secure parking. Great launching point to explore the whole region. Really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend.

I stayed at the Oshen Hotel Apartments Yeppoon with my partner and we absolutely loved it, the only downfall was that our shower wasn't running. Him an I did have to have a bath which is completely fine, it's better than not having one. 😂 hopefully that can get resolved and fixed. The ocean view was beautiful and gorgeous. Waking up to the sunshine was the best part about our apartment room. Definitely coming back! 🌊😁

We are just back from a wonderful stay at Oshen Apartments. We were celebrating a milestone anniversary and when we arrived our room was decorated and bubbly awaiting us. Our apartment was spotless and the bed so comfortable. The view over the bay looking toward Great Keppel was just fantastic. Thank you Andrea and staff for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

I was extremly delighted with the location, the room, the staff and the warm welcome. The views where stunning and also entertaining, watching the para sailing (I think thats is what its called). Room was spotleslly cleaned, with relaxing music on entering. The whole complex was inviting and clean with relaxing areas and a nice heated pool. First time visiting Yeppoon and it was definetly a pleasant experience.

Staff were very friendly over the phone. We booked a 1 bedroom spa apartment at a good price. On arrival, room was very clean and tidy. Good size for 2 people and a nice little outdoor area with partial view of the ocean. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Have stayed here half a dozen times now. Its my first choice when staying in yeppoon. Heated pool. Easy checkin. Amazing rooms. Close to restaurants. Secure parking. Always clean and well presented!

Incredible spot. Bloody incredible. Staff were lovely, and personable. Walked into our room, relaxing music playing, aircon on, brilliant view open. It was great. We have found our spot in Yeppoon forever.

Family stay for 6 nights with the most amazing view! The self-contained rooms were beautiful, modern, and clean, beds were super comfy. The pool area and Games Room were fantastic for our energetic little ones! The staff and Reception were exceptional. Plenty to do in Yeppoon from the skate park and play area, safe swimming at the Lagoon, Beach, cafes, restaurants, live music, water park, beauty spas, and Gym. Rosslyn Bay is a short drive away for the Marina, Day spa, and Ferry access. We are already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you for a relaxing, fun, and carefree holiday.

Fantastic weekend, great view and a very clean unit. The free coffee station on the first floor was fantastic. We will definitely come back and stay soon.

Oshen is certainly up there as a luxury apartment including value for money. Andrea and Bill who are the managers are exceptional at what they do. Keep up the great work.

Oshen is a great place to stay in Yeppoon. Clean, great staff, and sea views. We’ve spent a few weeks staying in the wheelchair accessible 1 bedroom apartment (#22) and it works well for us as a family with an extra cot bed although a little cramped. Hubby is the wheelchair user and bathroom layout has tick of approval from him. If you’re staying solo as a wheelchair user you’d want to ask them to put crockery etc down lower. Also be aware that although it’s very close to beach and town it’s on a steep hill - fine for confident power wheelchairs but would be a challenge for others.

We stayed here here for 5 nights end of October 21. Loved our room and view and the staff we welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and had everything needed except for pegs to hang and dry wet things. Bed was super comfy. I can only give fault on size of the shower door to get into the shower its very small and myself and hubby not big people.
I loved our stay and Yeppoon its self. Not a lot to do but would definitely stay here again..
One more thing be prepared for a hard walk if like to go out walking as this hotel sits on top of a steep hill and a hard walk back up to it. 😬

Wonderfully situated with spectacular views from the ominously steep Hill Street. Unfortunately we had not taken advantage of an ocean view room, but the outlook from common areas was divine. Would highly suggest paying the extra for a room with a view. The facility was clean and well kept. Staff were friendly a personable. A special mention to the reception puppy for welcome pats!

Very well located on top of the bluff with amazing views. Very clean with great amenities for families. We stay in the penthouse with the largest verandah I have ever seen, the kids were able to scooter on it. The apartment had everything we needed.

We booked rooftop premium apartment. View is amazing and apartment is stylish and clean. Bed very comfortable. Close to everything.

We have finally come across a place in our Australian travels that has measured up and been great value and is what it advertises to be.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Fortunate enough to stay in the 3 bedroom penthouse. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway with family or friends. Well equipped, however the only downside was the length of time for the shower to get hot. You'd probably expect it being on the top floor! Was my 3rd stay at Oshen and didn't disappoint. The heated pool was bloody brilliant
