The Spinnaker

Today's lunch was absolutely brilliant.
We got a pulled pork tacos and the beef and bacon burger and they both were bursting with flavour, and really fresh.
Not gonna lie, the last couple of times we've been to Spinnies, we were really underwhelmed with our food quality, but there seems to be a fresh new menu, (and I'm going to guess, new chef who created it) so we are happy that one of our fave haunts on the Coast is back to delivering great food. Plenty more interesting options that we wanted to try, so we will definitely be back soon to give them a go.

Showed up on a busy Easter Monday. Found us a table without a fuss. Cold beer, food was quick especially the kids meals and the burger was too big even for my mouth. Thanks for a great family outing

I see too many meals sent back to the kitchen. Therefore, I don't eat here.
All too often, twenty customers can be standing at the bar awaiting service while the duty manager fails to put extra servers behind the bar from food service.
Service with a smile 😃... as rear as hens teeth at the Spinnaker.
One can only hope things improve when the new beach front Club House opens.

Nice friendly service as you walk through the door, make you feel welcome. The only problem is the wait for food is around 45 min, way too long, I thought. The food was great, but I wouldn't order the rump steak. It was very tough. Crumb steak was nice, calamari was delicious, pasta awesome

Beautiful Jackie and Sarah did an amazing job serving my husband and I. They were super friendly and served us with a smile on their face, ready to answer our questions and solve our problems. I needed a take away container for my pasta and Jackie went beyond her way to get a plastic container for me. In the mean time Sarah went to the kitchen to ask the chef if they had any around. I was very pleased with the service.
My pasta was great, onions were a big too big to eat raw. My husband's Parma was delicious and very well served.
The environment is super clean and tidy, we felt super comfy.
I'd eat here again, specially if Jackie and Sarah are working together. I'd recommend to everyone.

Can't complain.

I am a chef and really find it hard to get a steak cooked right. This is without doubt the best steak i have ever had eating out.
Rib eye on the bone done too perfection.
Well done lads keep it going.

Just wow. Quality 200% Qauntity 200% service 200%.. can’t complain. 9.5 out of 10. Hubby had the mixed grill special. Still thinking about it. And I had fettuccine carbonara. Beautiful food. The young fellow collecting plates was so polite... etc. Great work guys. Each and everyone of you helped in someway. Don’t change a thing. COVID rules were spot on.. appreciate that little extra we were shown

We stopped in for a very late lunch/snack, the cafe serves toasties, sausage rolls, cakes...great toasties!!!! Really yummy tasty ham and great price too.
Staff were so friendly and helpful.
View was great too.
Was just so relaxing and peaceful to sit out in the sun and fresh air.

Perfectly cooked steak and chips with plenty of variety of drinks on tap and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend this place.

Nice restaurant right on the waterfront with pub food which was great. Went here twice in the same week and experience was very similar. No table service and a bit of a line to order but nothing too bad. Food took a while on the second visit but they were busy so that's to be expected. Make sure to get a membership as the restaurant is owned by the yacht club and it gives you 10% off all food and drinks. Outdoor and indoor seating giving you options and the outdoor patio had a good view of the water as ths sun set. There is also a playground for young kids in the restaurant making it great for all ages. Overall a great place to come for dinner, would recommend.

Wonderful and large meals with many options to choose from, friendly service.

Great venue, and the food was amazing but very large portions especially after having an entree first...lesson learnt...a big group of us and we got served very quick...pokies were good!!!

Called to check the menu when we were enticed to take a seat followed by drinks order by the lovely Nikki at reception (star staff member)
Booked our table for 630pm , returned at said time for another round of drinks and perfect steak and pasta dishes.
Wish we could stay longer but mission accomplished.

Service team is great, good selection of beers. Food priced fairly, plenty of tables. ✨

I was at the spinnaker tonight and there’s no spaghetti on the menu. Spinnaker food was amazing
