Max has gone above and beyond to help me regarding my alternator fiasco. From searching the catalog to figuring out the fine details of which plug insert is compatible with the part itself. He deserves to be recognized for his phenomenal skills in customer service!

Very happy. I went in looking for replacement wiper blade rubbers, and was delighted when the sales rep not only offered to come out to my car with me to check which one was required, but then proceeded to insert the new blades in for me. It only took him a couple of minutes but it saved me MUCH more than that trying to figure out how to do it myself and the cost of the blades was a pleasant surprise too. I drove home with the wipers gliding 'smooth as silk' and with a big smile on my face. Thanks for excellent service. 😀👍
