Car needed repairs after the recent hail storm in April. Was in the smash repairers for 12 weeks which is insane. Each time I called to find out progress was given a different excuse for the delays. Counter checked story with parts from rockhampton toyota to confirm excuses as to delays.
First time it was returned to me I took it back due to poor workmanship. Back window was fitted incorrectly by windscreen repairer and front windscreen was also not fitted correctly as windows moulds and clips not seated correctly ( windscreen and glass repairer contracted out by smash repairer) had to be replaced and fitted properly. New Scratches were on the vehicle which weren't there before so needed to be fixed. Second time car was returned to me I had to take it back again as they had misses 2 dents caused by the hail which they had to repair not to mention glass fragments sliding around in my back window frame which needed to be removed. Car finally returned with work completed only to have to go back as they removed my back cargo shelf and did not replace it in vehicle. Window & roof Moulds were on back order which was out of smash repairers control.
Would not use them again.
