Got my car tow-ed by Ready on Sat and the tow truck driver was very helpful and kind according to my wife as most reviews suggested.

After reading the online reviews I was definitely sceptical at start. People need to understand regardless of their situation, the time of inspection is only at 10am or 2pm for the location. There is also only 1 yard supervisor and he cannot let everyone in due to safety reasons. You will need to wear enclosed shoes to get into the yard too.

Shaun that attended to me today was very helpful and accommodating. I had to wait around a bit as he's the only 1 there. Everyone is equal to the business and doesnt mean that your accident is worse, and you'll get better service or priority. Be patient and polite and you'd most likely be returned the same.

All the guys at Ready Towing that showed up to my accident at Banyo Monday night were really helpful and friendly. I was alone and quite shaken and they told me what to do and stayed with me until my partner arrived. When I went to the holding yard the next day to get something I forgot they were caring and compassionate. I could not recommend them more.

The tow truck driver called Ravi is a true gentleman who shows true kindness and care. Our friend was in a car accident and needed to get her belongings and dash cam, but it was Christmas Eve and the tow yard was shut. Ravi happened to be at the tow yard and called his supervisors to appeal on our behalf so we could get what we came for. Ravi was polite and helpful. Ravi is a true example of how to make people feel valued and cared for.

I have to admit,I was a little concerned about Ready Towing when I read the reviews after they towed my car. But my experience was very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Mixed review: the gentleman who turned up to tow my poor car was lovely, courteous with a placid presence. He explained the process well and was thoughtful. The operators to whom I spoke needed more training with regards to advising their clients on what to bring and wear when attending their impound yard.

The guy who towed my car was lovely. The people who work from the inside were extremely difficult to work with. It’s like they’ve forgotten that car accidents can be traumatic. No sympathy or empathy, everything is all about $$.

Also, why do they ONLY have 2 appointment times that they’re always late to?? It’s the only time you need to be at the front desk.

When these dopes went to tow my car to the dealership, they punched a hole in my engine's sump.

You had one job, you buffoons. It ain't so hard. Yet you still managed to screw it up worse than I could ever have imagined. It saddens me that I must give you a star, rather than a big fat zero.

However, they were contacted to provide access to my car being held in their holding yard. 2 pm was the agreed time. The adjoining business rang them at 2 pm
I waited 20 minutes when they hadn't arrived. It was like they didnt even know they had an appt to meet me. I was told I had to wait at least another20 minutes. Very unprofessional.

My son had an accident and was towed by this company. He couldn’t get to the yard to collect his gear from his car till the Monday, we had rung and let them know. We were told that was fine just for him to bring ID and wear closed in shoes. When he arrived to the yard the sign said to ring office number which he did to be told the yard is only manned at 10 and 2 something we had not been told. I then rang the main office to complain, I was told if my son was a at the main gate someone would let him in. When he did eventually find someone the man was extremely rude.

Phoned the business & after pre-recorded messages including that their operators being busy I was placed on hold. After 2 hours of listening to the poorest quality on hold music that I have heard for a long time I terminated the call as I no longer had the time to wait. If frustrating people into hanging up by leaving them on hold was the intention then it was successful & I'm sure that with other people it would be successful in a lesser time frame.

They damaged my Wife’s Cayenne and told her to reimburse the damage. Nothing happened past two months. Crooks. Be aware of them.

Worst experience. Very unfriendly and non helpful staff. Slow service. Waited more than 1.5hr outside their yard at coopers plains. And the guy didn’t come to open the gate.

Absolute clown driving dangerously and tailgating in a company truck. Would not trust these guys with my car. Go to literally any other towie
